The initial enquiry and agreement over price was dealt with very competently by Kevin. I was then passed to others to complete paperwork and make arrangements for payment and admin prior to collection - this was handled badly. I was given wrong bank details and did not receive replies to my telephone calls. After complaining I was passed to Tyler for the collection day arrangements - and he was very professional and empathetic, taking time to deal with my limited knowledge of smart phones and computers.

Very happy experience
Tyler and the team made buying my first brand new car as easy as could be! I was very happy with my experience and Tyler answered any questions I had and consistently kept me up to date. Being able to do the majority over email was ideal for me being a couple hours away from the dealership. Couldn’t be happier!

Great experience 100/100
Marcel czurylo was extremely helpful throughout the hole process of getting my new car. The deal I got was outstanding and Marcel along with Stuart the manager made it happen. I can’t give them enough credit for their outstanding customer care/service. The day I picked up my car Marcel made everything go so smoothly and had all the time to help me with finalising everything and explaining/showing how things worked in the car

Very helpful and informative when first looking at car, purchasing the car was easy and everything explained in detail, kept updated along the way with how car was getting on and when it was likely to be ready, handover process nice and smooth. Absolutely love the car no issues at all and would really recommend Thor if looking for your next car!

Sales good 👍 valet poor.
Sales people are very friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for me,helping me understand the car I purchased.
Unfortunately the car valet was definitely not up to scratch 😕 far to many missed bit's not cleaned properly,which was a definite anticlimax to driving away a Shinny new car.
