All finance options were clearly explained together with any additional products and services that were available. We declined them and thankfully there was no subsequent 'pushy' salesmanship.

I walked in to John Clark, unsure which vehicle I was going to buy. I was greeted by Kirk, a friendly, down to earth guy who was not pushy at all. After discussing my requirements, he basically lined up my ideal car. Not the most expensive one but the one that suited my needs best. I made the decision to buy almost entirely based on his excellent, grounded service and from there it was smooth sailing. He is a credit to the industry and I’d be happy to purchase from him again. He even laughed at my jokes, now that’s commitment.

The sales controller Kirk Kilbane was friendly, efficient and professional, without employing any hard sell techniques.

His approach was informative but relaxed and that made the buying experience stress free.

Kirk was exceptional took the time to explain and got me a fantastic deal on my new car. I also like the fact he was training a new start and passing on his knowledge if I could I would of given him 6stars

After first looking at car they couldn't have been more helpful in the process of buying with them.As an older person they explained everything that I didn't understand and made the process easy.Even though we live North of Aberdeen would not hesitate to go back to Perth in future.

Alan and Mathew made my experience great. They feel like family and I have complete trust in them. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for a car. I have been using them for 20 years now and they never let me down.

We have just bought our fifth car from Thomson and Potter (as I will keep calling them) so I think we count as loyal customers. It must have been one of Alan Mauchline's last sales before he retired. We were offered a very good trade in price for our old car despite it having a known problem and Alan was able to source a new-ish ex-demo car to the exact specification we wanted. Kirk and Joe were very helpful and accommodating after Alan left. Overall it was the usual good Thomson and Potter experience although it was slightly let down by confusion over transferring our private registration. These things happen and it certainly won't put us off.

It was a real pleasure to deal with the sales executive at John Clark Skoda Perth. It was my first purchase of a EV vehicle and was very unsure of some of the questions to ask, but there was nothing to worry about as they were very informative in all the aspects of changing to an EV. In particular there were no attempts to overpower your thoughts as well as always finding any answer to all the questions asked.
I would definitely recommend John Clark Skoda Perth to anyone as both my wife felt that you were appreciated and not just any another customer.
It was definitely one of my best car purchasing experiences.
