We received an excellent customer service from Mike. Communicated with us regularly and kept us up to date with the progress of our new mini countryman. Very pleasant and informative.

Garage didn't open at the time it was supposed to 15 minutes late also when I came to pick up my car at 5pm the said it was not ready although it was sitting in a parking bay it was 5-20pm when I eventually got my car. I'm sure something would had been sait to me if I was 15 minutes late bringing in my car and also 20 minutes late picking up my car

I've received the message saying that my car is due mot. There was a link attached to book the appointment. The appointment was booked and the car left with the dealer. The dealer charged over £200 and a few days later I received a message saying the MOT on my car was due. The car received a service but no MOT!!! I had to book the vehicle for the MOT test somewhere else and pay again for it!! The dealer was not interested in any solution. They said it was booked for the service only. How was this not flagged by the system? No one noticed that the car was due MOT? What did I pay for?

Assistance was given in seeing two cars being considered for a change in 2023.

I would give 0 if I could don't buy a car from motorchoice they sold me a car that had no thermostat fuses had been removed no covers over belts the thermostat housing had been removed before and broken and put back in it was delivered with a dent in it no parcel shelf it broke down it was showing the wrong tempreture inside the car it was over heating but showing normal and because they'd mot'd it b4 I got it there must have all those things yeah am a 52 year old female I know all about cars and how to remove stuff live thermostats I will never deal with these people again

I recently purchased my lovely Audi S1 and Kevin couldn’t be any more helpful ,professional and knowledgeable than he was ,nothing has been any bother when I’ve called him a couple of times , he would just say pop in and we will have a look or it’s no trouble that’s what I’m here for . 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I gave this 5 stars as I have found the whole process of purchasing another car on finance smooth and easy. David Sanderson contacted me back in Sept saying he had a deal that might interest me and I didn’t feel pressured to take the deal. David kept in touch as we got nearer my proposed delivery date and was accommodating with my pick up date. He made the pick up feel special and explained the new features to me. I found the online finance signing easy to follow as I had been nervous about it as getting an authorising code in our house with limited mobile phone signal can be an issue. But not with mini. I feel well looked after and comfortable contacting David if I have any queries.
