Fantastic service my sales man Lee gave me all information relevant to my beautiful new car, from start to finish it was a 48hour process, definitely recommend 👍

Presale they chased me. Once the sale was made I had to chase them. When I went to pick up the car it wasn’t ready, despite being told beforehand that it was. Frustrating, but they were very apologetic and lent me a courtesy car to come back later that day. I think there was a breakdown in communication due to holidays.

Very easy and straightforward experience with JC Dundee. We visited Lee some months previously and pretty much knew what we wanted. We returned in June to confirm choice and place order. It’s the 5th bmw purchased but first with JC. Car handover was good but they couldn’t connect the keyless entry to phone so it took up a lot of time. Returned 2 weeks later to get it rectified and Lee was able to complete questions I had along with demonstrating some car operating systems. All in all very good.

David Fyffe made the whole experience excellent , my son's first car David organised everything. Can thank you enough for making Jensen's birthday an awesome day .

This was 2nd M car that we had purchased from Lee who, as always was extremely helpful from start to finish. Nothing was rushed and everything was explained. Will undoubtedly be back in to do business with Lee again in the future.

If you are looking to buy a car I would AVOID John Clark Audi in Dundee. I bought a Diesel Audi Q5 in November 2024 which ran out of the manufacturers 3 year warranty in May this year. When we bought the car we were given a years warranty which in effect should last until November 2025. Unfortunately the engine management system displayed a fault in February this year and we were told to take it to Audi Glasgow. Unfortunately Audi Glasgow could not find anything wrong with it, BUT it did show a fault on the car system otherwise we would not have booked it in. Roll on to this week and we again had the car in Audi Glasgow as there was another fault showing on the car. This was a DPF fault. Audi Glasgow informed us the cost of this repair would be £6,000.!! We then contacted John Clark Dundee and spoke to Dennis in the service department for some guidance and support, with us buying from them initially. Dennis informed us he would speak to his bosses to see if a contribution could be made to assist with this extortionate repair. Today we have been told by Reece in the Service Department at John Clark’s that we are outwith the manufacturers warranty and they can’t do ANYTHING to help. We pointed out the issue in February which they couldn’t diagnose could have been this exact same thing and he then said that would be Audi Glasgows decision to make. So in essence we have bought a car which developed a fault 3 months in whilst under the manufacturers warranty, took it to get checked to be told they couldn’t determine the fault. In the interim we have another fault outwith the original 3 year warranty BUT still within the 1 year warranty we got with the car!! Additionally so everyone is aware, we were told that because a lot of miles weren’t driven in this period this would cause this issue. Again John Clark Audi had a different mileage than us, allegedly provided by Audi Glasgow. The mileage as at today in the car is 44,763….

Please if buying a diesel Audi car, be prepared to be told if you don’t drive it enough your car could have this fault! Secondly please when buying your car CHECK what your actual years warranty covers!

We are extremely disappointed in the overall experience and will continue to pursue this injustice!

Superb experience from start to finish. Lee was brilliant - he got back to me quickly if I had any questions. I felt confident having him arranging my order, finance and all the paperwork that goes along with buying a new car. The car came in a little earlier than expected and I was going on holiday the day after it arrived at the dealership - Lee organised everything for me, even my registration retention so I didn’t have to do it while I was away. New car day fell on his day off and he came in to complete the handover which I really appreciated. This is my second car from John Clark BMW Dundee and when the time comes to change car again it will be the first place I’ll go.

The experience was made great by a very helpful sales man (Lee) who was able to get me a really good deal and even managed to add in some extras. The delivery time of the car was also quick and the whole experience was flawless and smooth.
