Great customer service. The salesman Lewis was not pushy at all, and actually knew about the car I was buying unlike in some other dealerships I have dealt with.

Upon driving my car home I noticed an issue with the front bumper which was quickly fixed by the dealership by having a driver come down to deliver a courtesy car for myself whilst the repair was being done.

The driver who collected my car was very professional and the service guys did an amazing job of replacing my front splitter.

Very highly recommended, great staff and overall great experience. Will definitely be back!

My car went in for a service and MOT. Obviously, it failed the MOT with a list of things that were necessary to get through. I had agreed to get work done in this garage thinking it's a BMW garage will get great service - so, so wrong.
Had to collect my car as there's never a courtesy car available and it was dangerous to drive so they wouldn't re-deliver.
An allow wheel was required and this had to be ordered and they said it would take 2 weeks to arrive so I ordered this and booked it in.
In the meantime, even though it was in for a service,- I was still getting warnings that the windscreen water need refilling. Minor thing but not the point.
I put my car back in after the required 2 weeks and the wheel still hadn't arrived, meaning another whole weekend without a car. It was the Monday before it arrived and I received a call to say it was different and wouldn't match the others (not important to me) and I would definitely get the car back that day.
It was after 4pm before I got the call back to say the wheel was actually the wrong size?? and the correct size would arrive the next day.
Honestly - I would expect any garage, never mind a reputable named garage such as this, to at least check what they are ordering and not just assume the parts are still as when first sold.
So after well over 2 weeks without use of my car the essential part that was needed arrived the day after it was ordered.
After this they were to deliver my car back and I told them I urgently needed it and wasn't at home so needed it dropping at my work -- after trying to get me to pay the wrong bill (huge more than it should have been) I got told they'd check it and call me back - only call I got was from my son to say it was at the house, so another half an hour walk home to pick it up when I was already late.
After all this and having being assured twice that the car received a full service twice, the windscreen water light was still coming on and then a couple of days later I had to fill up the coolant.
When I complained to the workshop manager about the catalogue of errors (in particular not checking the parts they were ordering - which seems fundamental) I was given £100 off my bill -- which is very much appreciated but I don't feel it was enough compensation for the inconvenience caused and errors made.
I would have been quicker and a lot cheaper going to my usual garage.

Great service from John Clark BMW Aberdeen especially Jacky Chan, Pulled out all the stops to help us find our new car. Loving life in the X5 and will definitely be back in a few years for next model. Thanks to all and merry Xmas.

Generally speaking a reasonably satisfactory experience on this occasion only marred by a lack of communication to advise of an MOT failure and reasons for same. This necessitated the inconvenience of having to return the following day to collect my vehicle on completion of the MOT pass. The professional response to this inconvenience and goodwill recompense was appreciated and hopefully this was a one off aberration from what has previously been an issue free experience.

Kept waiting at pick-up time for 35 minutes in a queue of 5 customers also waiting to pick up vehicles. The guy who brought my car round made himself a coffee and filled a bowl of water for a customer’s dog before handing over my key. On starting my car I received a software warning and wasted a further 30 minutes while my driver profile was removed and software removed before both were re-installed. Staff at JC Motor Group seem to consider their time is far more important than the time of their customers and take little interest in providing a high quality of service.
