Farhan helped me prepare more expansive answers to questions they would likely ask in my interview. After an unsuccessful interview for an internal job interview in August 2024 I realised I needed some external help to teach me to sell myself better in interview. I'm so glad I found Farhan. Over 3 sessions, he was able to identify where I was going wrong in interview, give me a clear structure for answering questions and help me practice. His mentoring was bespoke and therefore eye-opening in terms of my blind spots and where I had been going wrong. Six weeks after my unsuccessful internal interview I applied for an external associate director post and was successful! Turning round a poor interview style can't be fixed in 3 sessions alone; I needed to put in a lot of work between sessions, but there is no way I would have got this job without Farhan's support.
