Beautiful necklace
Beautiful necklace. My one issue is how it lays. If you don’t adjust the length just right it twists, for me that means wearing as a choker which I don’t care for or on the longest length possible which is fine but annoying to get it just right. Otherwise, beautiful and well made.

Couldn’t return it as only exchange was available. Wife didn’t like anything else either so had to sell it at a loss. Jewellery is often brought as a gift, refunds should be possible as we don’t always get it right.

If there’s anything else we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Kind regards,

Absolutely stunning product and…
Absolutely stunning product and fantastic customer service. I purchased the Amelia choker necklace with Demi earrings, they are so elegant and match perfectly with one shoulder/bardot dresses. Chain is adjustable which is great.
I required this the next day as I was going away, though missed the cut-off time. I got in touch and they assured me they would still be able to dispatch it that day. Thank you so much.

Picture was misleading these were a present for my 88 year old mum . By the picture led to believe they were small faint little earrings . Couldn’t have been further from it . Big ugly plastic looking things

Uopfordret anmeldelse
Poor
Provided me with earrings which were so heavy they weighed down my earlobes. They also gave me a rash. Not interested in offering a refund or trying to help in anyway, just said ‘give them to a friend as a gift’ - would not recommend.

Dear Catherine,
Thank you for taking your time to leave feedback, we are sorry you were unhappy with your order. As we explained we follow a UK wide return policy for earrings as they are classed as intimate items and therefore we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for hygiene reasons. This is included within our Return Policy which is available to check prior to ordering.
All size & weight details are included within the product information so we are sorry if this was missed. The earrings you purchased are one of our longstanding popular designs so we are sorry to hear you were not happy with them and have taken your feedback onboard.
Sorry to hear the earrings were not suitable for you, we do appreciate you taking the time to offer your feedback.
All the best,
Jewels by House of Aria
