It is scam. I buyes a nose stud it says is gold, came with no certificate no marking on it. I was to a jewellery and it tested and is not gold. And they dont want to give refund even if is by LAW that you need to get a refund in 28 days.

Received my order very quickly, lovely ring, fits well, ring was as described, great communication. Will buy again 😍

Ordered two rings both the same size and personalised. Rings arrived both different sizes. The personalisation on one was incorrect. The quality was poor, silver wasn’t polished and patina was off.

Terrible experience, the earrings I bought were unusable - You have to bend the metal completely out of shape to get it in your ear.. so then of course the shape has been lost and you'd have to bend it back to the exact same hoop to get it to marry up and be able to fit it together. Totally rubbish! The earrings actually got stuck in my ears and I had to use pliers to get them out! My ears are still sore 3 days on. Contacted company to ask for a refund. They sent a generic response and basically said no. Second email has so far been ignored. Total waste of money.

I bought a nose ring weeks ago, still indicates the item is “in transit” to yet arrive at royal mail. I’ve now seen may other reviews stating the same thing, they don’t reply to email either, it’s a fraud business, they’ll accept payment but never send out the actual product. I’m going to look into building a court case again them this week, if you’ve had a similar experience please get in touch with me and we can do so together.

Bought the titanium hoop sleeper earrings and they're awful quality. Too fiddly and unusable. Requested a refund but was told no returns for hygiene reasons. I respond they I wasn't returning I was expecting a refund for being sold and item that doesn't open and close properly so does not stay in ears. Was ignored after this. Waste of money

I would have given less stars but i can’t.
They add many layers of explination about the product that you get lost. I’ve ordered earrings but never expected so bad quality and customers service is bad . They don’t accept refunds even if you are not happy with the product! Such a bad experience with them !! Never buy !!!

Unbelievably poor customer service. Paid £64 for two rings and no exchange on sizes or refund. Sizing is incorrect. Abrupt and uncaring. Do not use!!!

Still waiting for earrings paid for on 4th December and email acknowledging order with 24-48 hrs on Royal Mail. Tracking via jeweller hut Shop app and Royal Mail app seems to suggest yet to arrive at Royal Mail ☹️

Scam site. Check the spelling if you order. This site is trading under almost the same name as a legit site.
Do not order from them. You will not receive what you ordered.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Cheap misleading product, I could get better from street sellers. I received the worst customer experience after complaining about their product breaking on wearing it. I’ll never go back and would warn people from purchasing from them or be prepared for their lack of service.

Do not buy from them.Terrible experience from beggining to end. Misleading website. (As in what i thought I was buying is NOT what I ended up recieving) Terrible quality products. Appalling customer service. I feel totally conned and have ended up with not item and out money! Shameful company.

Awful company, order didn’t come and no response from them! I now have to go through the grief of contacting my bank to try and get my money back! If I could give them zero stars I would.

Missing item in order. Absolutely disgusting. Said they would refund- but didn’t. Greedy people wanting to start a business. In order to have a successful business, you have to be dedicated to customer service and not be a crook. Clearly others have had missing orders.

Secondly the bracelet I was sent was engraved. Too small, not shiny, looked old and the engraving was not visible.

Paid with PayPal - complained to them and they refunded me for the necklace- but not the bracelet. PayPal themselves saw them for the cheats that they were and gave me a voucher for the amount. I got lucky there. But Jewellery Hut- cheaters- and on Christmas. That’s a new low.

Shame i cant out a minus amount in all honesty as dont even deserve 1 star.
Ive used thes on and off for years, however needed to complain this tine has i had missing items off my order and the customer service is dire basically making out im a liar.
Best of it was they have said they seen the packer packing my 2 pairs of earring on cctv... Well that must be fantastic cctv then to spot 2 pairs of tiny earrings being placed in a order as well as being able to spot its my order they have been place in... The fact is they wasnt in the order so and wasnt recieved so no wont be using these con artists again.

And and ive asked for the mangers details twice... Still wont let me speak to the manager.

I ordered a bracelet for my sons 18th. Now to be fair, it was a ‘good’ price but I was shocked when it arrived. It was like the bottom of a can of beans. Thin and flimsy. The engraving is almost off the bracelet. I contacted them through the web chat, nothing, no reply. I then answered their email about feedback, again no response and I can’t see my review on their site so I can only assume that they don’t post reviews that aren’t positive. I wouldn’t be so disappointed if they’d responded to any of my communication but when customer service is awful and they take your money and you don’t hear from them again, it’s not a great advert is it? I’d steer clear unless you’re after very cheap quality ‘jewellery’ and you don’t mind not being able to contact them again.
