Hello Sally, I'm sorry to hear of your recent experience. I would like to reassure you that our warehouse team work hard to ensure orders are despatched correctly and I'm sorry that on this occasion this hasn't been the case. I can confirm that the reason we require images of the wrong products and the barcode of the items is so we can investigate this with our warehouse team, and get to the bottom of the issue and ensure it's avoided in the future.
