Summer concert postponed and chose to get a refund but over a month later and Skiddle simply fob me off stating constant delays in payment but that it's outside their control. Happy to take payments but then wash their hands on refunds. I will be taking legal action if refund not received and will be attending the rescheduled event if it goes ahead and causing a major issue

WARNING: Scammers: DO NOT USE:
Do not buy tickets from Skiddle or any of their event organisers including Jalyconcetts.com. Regular rescheduled events last minute with no refunds issued. Skiddle used as booking platform do not issue refunds either. Refunds processed and approved, but you WILL NOT receive your refund. Do not use. Fake. FRAUD. Scammers.
Direct contact made and still no refund.
Will be taking this matter further.
No response from jalyconcerts.com and multiple contact made.

Only gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give Zero !!
Like others , I’m waiting for a refund force rescheduled event I can’t now attend.
Tried contacting them via email but get an auto reply.
Skiddle have also been an absolute disgrace, happy to take a booking fee , but also happy to absolve themselves of any responsibility .
Avoid both companies at all costs if I were you.

Where is my refund for Southampton's tribute festival that was rescheduled to a date I can not attend. Still waiting to get the refund from the organisers jaly concerts as Skiddle who provided the tickets did not handle the payment. AVOID AVOID this jaly concerts scammers. No communication when trying to contact them all you get is an automatic reply saying they are on and off site and will get back to you ASAP. Rubbish! Still waiting Same goes for skiddle

Definitely a scam company. Set up an event cancel or postpone it at short notice and don’t give requested refunds.
Happens too often to be one off problem, it has to be a purpose made scam.

Still waiting for my refund!! Skiddle stating Jaly in control of my refund for Save the Rave Southampton, I requested refund after 6 week date change with NO explanation or apology!
And...BOMBARD THEIR EMAIL...find it on Jaly Concerts website as TP won't let me share it! Make some noise as this company needs to be held accountable and refund us all!

“I have attended and will be attending tomorrow three events with ticket seller Skiddle and they have all been a sham. They are selling tickets on behalf of these events and they have all been a disgrace. Unfortunately the tickets were booked in advance. Never again because of the following reasons:
Boogie by the Sea and Garage by the Sea Hastings:
Insensitive security who totally embarrassed two young, respectable girls in front of us. Even sniffer dogs were being allowed to sniff up their skirts. I felt like it would have been easier to visit an inmate. Also, took forever to search bags which resulted in very long queues.
Exhortinate prices. Over £6 for a can of beer and £29 for a disgusting bottle of wine. Very limited choice.
Limited food outlets which again caused very long queues.
Poor lighting when leaving the venue which was unsafe.
Cutting Boney M down to 4 songs when I had paid to see them.
Look a like tribute bands tomorrow Hastings pier.
Not answering people's questions regarding food, chairs etc.
Changing the line up from what was originally posted. Half the bands I do not now want to see.
Refusal to post line up times until they get you in the event. You should absolutely know beforehand who is on and at what time. I do not want to sit on Hastings pier for 10 hours.
And from an event that was held last night the comments are still sadly very negative about security.
I am a seasoned music festival/event attendee and in my very long experience Skiddle put on the worst events I have ever attended. Never again.

Terrible company after rescheduling of save the rave southampton, which i might add was done on facebook not sent via email to people with tickets untill people message venue/skiddle. They have not refunded hundreds of people and refuse to respond to communications. Aviod gigs with them at all costs ascit seems they do this a lot.

Whatever they tried to pull today completely miss advertised. Little dusty car park, 1 fair ride a few food trucks and a dirty aeroplane hanger “for an outdoor festival” how you can have the cheek to charge what you do is unreal!!!!

Canceled multiple concerts on the day of each show. Ignored all comments and refused to talk to venue owners, promoters or ticketholders who wanted refunds. In an industry full of shady people who will steal your money, these guys are probably one of the worst.

Bought four tickets for Save the Rave in Scone which was meant to go ahead in May this year. Also paid for the cancellation insurance. This was done on Skiddle. The event was postponed until September to a date where we are on holiday. The post on social media announcing the postponement stated that refunds offered if requested within 5 days. This was requested - no reply. This was followed by numerous emails over the coming months until now where I have only had one reply stating the refund would be actioned within 48 hours - this was on 3 June and still waiting. The email was signed by ‘Jaly’ so no idea if that is a person or just signed by the company.

My last email was sent on 7 July, I have sent a total of 7 emails as there is no phone number on the website. I tried going through Skiddle who apparently were the platform but stated that they just facilitated the purchase and it was Jaly Concerts who had to action the refund.

To summarise this has caused significant stress, hurt and has taken up far too much of my time. I’m over £200 out of pocket and now I need to do a Section 75 through my credit card company and give them unnecessary work. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt given the volume of cancellations they may have received but I think 12 weeks is more than enough. This outfit are nothing short of criminal in my opinion now.
