Ich habe eine Adidas Jacke bestellt, welche leider fake war. Bei der Rücksendung gab es Probleme und ich habe mein Geld seit 3 Monaten noch nicht wieder. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht auf solch einen Betrug hineingefallen zu sein. Glücklicherweise habe ich mit PayPal bezahlt, weil es dort einen Käuferschutz gibt.

If I could give this company -100 stars I would! I ordered a jacket from them back in September. I was supposed to get the jacket within 8-10 business days. The jacket was for my son’s costume for Halloween. I’ve sent multiple emails to this company and got replies as oh you’ll have it by a certain day and never got it. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and still no refund. I would highly recommend not to buy from this company as they are dragging their feet in giving me my return.

Extremely unprofessional and try’s everything to get around not canceling and refunding for an order. I placed and order In early October delivery was supposed to be 8-10 business days I needed the jacked for a trip that was a month away plenty of time after 14 business days still nothing asked for them to cancel and refund. They never responded only 3 days later after I opened a PayPal request they reach out and ask for me to cancel the request they created a shipping label 3 hours later still nothing shipped they never responded to PayPal. Only after a week later when the item was delivered now I’m out of the country the respond to PayPal saying it was delivered. At this very point my jacket is literally sitting outside of my house no way to retrieve it and it most like won’t be there when I get there which is frustrating they did everything In their power not to refund my money. $159 wasted and I still won’t be home for another 4 days.

They did not fulfill the order as described on the web site, and didn't provide the full order. Customer service was continually "let me check" and they delayed enough that it went past the 30 days to get a refund from PayPal. They know how to scam.

Bought what turned out to be a fake Oasis shirt from these assholes. Sizing made no sense - and the item was clearly fake. They continue to make it extremely difficult to return and get a refund. Do not buy from them!

Never buy from this company. They sold me a fake Oasis shirt and then withheld my refund payment. They repeatedly tried to offer me anything but the full refund I was entitled to, it was incredibly frustrating.

I ordered on 9/7/25 Cody Rhodes jacket for my son. I still have not received it and I was told I’d get it on Oct 20 2025. I still do not have it. I want a refund since I didn’t get the items I bought. The shipping was supposed to be 8-10 days and still nothing! I also have sent multiple emails and received few responses!!

The adidas spezial jacket I ordered came fast, was so much like the authentic item I suspect it actually might be. The fit was amazing and matched the numbers on their website.

I went through a week or more of back and forth emails just to cancel an order. Above that, a 25% cancelation fee was deducted from my refund. Their customer service is really bad and make it difficult for the consumer. I just wanted to cancel my order because I heard from Reddit and other review sites that their quality is bad and shipping takes weeks.

I recently ordered a leather jacket from this store, and I'm really happy to this purchase. The quality is good it feels solid and good crafted minor issue with the color which is slightly lighter then expected, but it's still close enough and looks great.

Product proved to be a knockoff. refund was promised but never issued. Stall tactics galore and no fulfillment.

Ordered hoodie on 30 Nov. Still not received. Excuses or no replies from email address. Scam. Avoid.

I ordered a starter jacket from them on November 30th. It arrived today January 22.
It also arrived in the wrong size. I ordered a woman's 4XL which is listed at 50 inches. What came in was a kid size jacket with a label that said 4XL. The jacket is literally 24 inches across. When I told them that I hadn't received my jacket. They told me that there was a problem. And I'm sorry and I will be mailed out in the next few days. So I let 2 weeks go by send them another email. And they told me the same thing again. This was all the way up until the week before christmas. And now that it's finally here, it's the wrong size.
The tag is right, but the size of the jacket dimension wise is wrong.

I would give zero is possible. Ordered a hoodie in November and here we are Jan 19 and still nothing. One excuse of it was on hold, then its on the way, then just a few more days then they stopped replying. $89 hoodie never received! Stay far away from these crooks!

You will not get what you ordered, plain and simple. You'll spend over $100 for a $20 waste of fabric.

I ordered back in early December . Waited a little over a week to ask when it would be shipped. They told me it got delayed "for some reason" and it should be released from QA and be on the way in a couple days.

So I waited... Heard nothing again so I messaged them and was told I would have a tracking order by the a close date around Christmas.

So I waited... And still received nothing.

They didn't inform me my order was shipped till a month after I ordered it.

Everytime after the first initial message I told I wanted a refund as it went from it not making it in time to they broke every promise they made to me about it being sent. They lost my address. Worse being that they would only offer a partial refund even though they're the ones who kept messing up.

They only offer the partial refund (They keep 20%) so they can keep some of your money and argue with the next person about a product that doesn't exist. When that doesn't work, they'll send you a cheap knock off that doesn't even look like what you ordered.

If you have already ordered from them, I'm sorry. Your best bet is to start an email chain with them ( you can't contact them any other way) and start talking with your card issuer.

If you haven't, don't buy from them. It is not worth the headache they will cause.

I was suppose to be getting a Victorian style jacket. My order calls it a Steampunk trench coat. I went to go look on their site and show what I ordered to what I got. It doesn't pull anything up under steampunk so I only have the picture of the "$129" coat they sent me.

This isn't what I ordered. This isn't even form fitting. Go buy from Wish or Temu, AliExpress, Shein. Least it's cheap if you're getting ripped off.

BE AWARE OF THE TOTAL SCAM!!! their products are not what you see in the picture. They took my money and sent me a really bad poorly made replica. The only good thing they have is their fake website. Don't tell me I didn't warn you!
