If I could give 0 stars, I would. I read a previous review regarding their name "integrity" - I wholeheartedly agree with that review.
DO NOT USE.

This is not an insurance company and I have no idea why they would use the word integrity in their name. They will find excuses not to pay their side. Avoid.

Absolute warranty, is absolute garbage! I was sold on the warranty in the belief that it was the same as a 'new car warranty' but has proven to be anything but. As soon as I attempted to make a claim on my heated seat failing, they approved only the cost of the part from a wrecker, but will not pay for the diagnosis, or the programming for the module once installed - leaving me a further $800 out of pocket. They will also not cover warranty for the seat pad either, which if that is not functioning will be further out of pocket expense for myself.

If you're at a dealer and see the iwarranty or Integrity Warranty stuff plastered around their showroom, RUN and don't look back!

They are nothing but a bunch of scammers who promise the world and deliver nothing in fine print.

Worst company I have ever came across they avoid every and anyway possible to not provide what they claim they would stay away avoid them at all costs

Worst company ever. Don’t waste a single dollar here. I serviced my car every 5,000km and when I needed a claim, they flat out refused, hiding behind excuses like ‘manufacturer’s defect.’ They’ll happily take your money but will NEVER pay out. Stay away — this place is a scam.

Complete waste of time and money. Didnt give us a rental car and made us pay out of pocket

Shocks needed replacing. Mechanic went throughout the warranty and it said it would be covered. Got lots of excuses that it's not covered. Scam company.

Please stay away from iwarranty.
They refused to pay out on a faulty power steering pump because I was a couple of months over on the scheduled service but nearly 6ooo km under. They rang the mechanic and questioned his report trying to blame me for the faulty pump. Do not listen to car dealers who peddle this scam. They are just as much to blame. Also never bring your wife when buying a car.

When I purchased the car and was suckered into this supposed amazing warranty I was promised cover from front bumper to rear bumper..
upon lodging a couple of claims which they rejected I had nothing but issues and disgusting service from them. How they use the word “INTEGRITY” is beyond a joke, they are far from that… I tried cancelling the warranty when my car had been stolen and requested a refund as I no longer have a car that needs a useless warranty they refused to refund me.
Absolute disgrace of a company that prays on innocent customers. Promises the world and delivers nothing, and if and when they do cover something they demand that it’s done the cheapest way possible preferably with second hand parts. And that I was informed of by big name dealers that will no longer use there services or lack of…

terrible service always excuses, had an issue with my gearbox overheating was told that the specific part inside the gearbox that was the issue was not covered. ended up costing $2000 to repair DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY

The service has been quite disappointing. It feels like the terms and conditions are used in a way that makes it difficult to make a successful claim.

I'm appalled and feel cheated.

The people at iWarranty are lovely. It's just such a shame that their product represents bad value and their policies are non-refundable if you sell the vehicle and wish to cancel. The one time that I made a claim, they made life hell for my mechanic, then used cross-interrogation techniques on both of us.

A pretty ordinary product with tricks and traps and no refund on the unused portion of the policy. I sold my vehicle six months into a five year ($1660.00) policy due to a change in my circumstances, and will get nothing if I cancel.

Never again.

So we go to a mechanic for a quote on the job, and tell him we've got warrwnty with these guys. We look for a cheaper quote in the meantime, but it appears that the first mechanic continues conversations with them pretending he has carried out the job and gets the payout. We were not consulted at all of course, even though WE are the policy holders! A mechanic just sent them an invoice for nothing and they paid him out! When we carry out the repairs with someone else, and claim the money, we find out about all this, and the answer is: we ASSUMED the job was done,we are not going to issue the payment again to the right mechanic. Wow.

Claim denied as EGR valve which returns exhaust gas to the motor is not part of engine or cooling system, its attached to the engine and returns gas to the carburettor.

better to save your money as these policies have no value

Purchased an extended used vehicle warranty policy from Iwarranty. Serviced and maintained vehicle as per their requirements. Made a claim when an issue arose and claim was rejected, when policy clearly states that failed components are covered. Have since spoken to numerous mechanics who all say to avoid these scam insurers.
