Product quality is shiny and gorgeous.
Especially, jewerly box looks so creative with small LED system. It makes the jewerly more shiny. It was for gift for my wife, and she was very happy with the product.

Just one feedback I'd like to comment is,
interium progress might need to be shared. Since every product will be high price and precius. And I paid high price for a product, but it says only 'processing', without any interim status.
I felt anxious a little bit, but I got calm back after I got confirmation throu phone call.

The Customer Service is outstanding! The prices are very competitive, and the reviews were stellar. I have not received my item that I ordered yet but I am sure the finished product will be beautiful

A urgent way to improve on your business would be to honor your delivery arrival windows. I paid for 2day fedex services but still haven't received my order at this point and time. An expected gift that cant be gifted due to your practices. Highly disappointed in the way in which your company bated me and switches their policies.
