Its absolutely beautiful, exactly as pictured and described, fits perfectly and shipping was fast too. It also included a complimentary appraisal and discount off next purchase too which was also nice. Would recommend and would shop with them again

Sorry, but your statements are incorrect:
1. You placed your order Aug 6th, 2026 with free Ground shipping options which showed you delivery date as Aug 14th, we just tracked your order and it was actually scheduled to be delivered today Aug 11th, well ahead of the time we indicated.
2. not sure why you would leave a review before actually receiving your order (we see it is just scheduled to be arriving today) and how do you decide it is overly priced, but please take your time and see the current price of gold on the market, natural diamonds and labor to set those diamonds, and I am sure you will see that our items are priced most competitive for the quality of the merchandise.

I was in the market for a Pre-Loved…
I was in the market for a Pre-Loved Rolex for my wife for Christmas. she was blessed to receive the SS MOP with the diamond dial and also the diamond bezel. i enjoyed watching her wear such a beautiful time piece, I wanted one like it, I currently have an older Submariner that I have had for a very long time, but recently the Submariner hit the floor hard, and suffered some damage, yes it can be sent out to be repaired, but i thought to myself, i would really like one like my wife. after researching, 2 locations
( 1 from where I purchased my first Rolex from) not only they did not have the style I was looking for, but also their pricing was far greater. I have seen, lt's Hot website before and started researching them. i must admit, i saw the Rolex that I wanted, and was pleased with the price. After a few days of looking at the Rolex online, I reached out to the company, I spoke with Joan for 3 days asking questions, looking at the options, getting a feel of trust and comfort. Joan did just that, she answered all my questions, Gave me that level of comfort, and made me feel confident that I will be receiving the Rolex exactly the way I wanted it. After that 3rd day I purchased it. Thank you so much Joan, for all your assistances, My wife Loves my watch, she says its like hers.

Got my ring today , absolutely love it !
First off these guys have great customer service and communication . Glad I decided to go with these guys instead of another well known jewelry company that starts with a T and rhymes with wax .
Thea guys have great prices and nobody out there could come close to matching the quality of piece I got for the price .
Production time / delivery time was a week less than originally quoted , that was very much appreciated .
