I bought a Cartier watch
I bought a Cartier watch. The watch arrived undamaged.
The Cartier box is badly damaged.
Neither FedEx or itshot will give compensation for destroying an integral part of my purchase. Very disappointed with the after sales service

I'm pretty sure the reason that FedEx have rejected the claim is because the watch wasn't packed sufficiently to travel from New York to Sydney Australia.
Therefore I see it as your responsibility to compensate for the Cartier box
Thank you for your most recent reply.
As you are not prepared to accept any responsibility for the packaging of the item, I will no longer continue this dialogue.

We are very sorry about the box, but we warn our clients not to accept damaged boxes from FedEx.
No, lets not come up with theories but stick to facts please:
1. FedEx does not reject claims because of how item was packaged (they do not know it, nor do they care how the item was packaged inside the outer box). They rejected the claim because although the package (outer box) showed clear signs of damage at delivery time, it was accepted and it is not possible to put a value on the damage to the watch box since watch is not damaged.
2. we have been selling online and shipping international packages since 2005 (for 20 years now), so we do know how to package a watch (in the watch is not damaged as you stated while the outer box was practically destroyed and watch box has just some damage).
I do see from notes we did try to do our best to assist as soon as you contacted us and filed a claim with FedEx right away. The problem is at this point it is impossible to get FedEx to admit their fault and claim the insurance on the damaged box. We also can not do any compensation as we are not getting anything from the insurance company, and it is impossible to put a value on the some damage to the Cartier box (which is still functional) while the watch was not damaged at all.
So if FedEx tries to deliver a visibly damaged package please do not accept it (we ship all our packages fully insured, with delivery confirmation, so they won't just leave package outside, customers always have a chance to inspect the box), or at the very least open it right in front of delivery person to inspect if everything inside the package is in proper condition.

This team is great at communication, super welcoming, and responsive. Purchasing a Rolex watch from them has been such a smooth process. Appreciate their attention to every detail and personable approach very much!

Sold me a Rolex with a fake wristband.
I purchased a Rolex watch, model 1603. I have had the watch for 2 years and decided to sell it. The watch they sent me was actually a 1641. The wrist band was not solid gold, but gold plated. The diamonds and bezel were real. I paid $7,600 and the appraisal certificate stated a value of $14,784. I took the watch to 6 different businesses and could barely get $1,700 for it 2 years later.

After reading the reviews here, I felt I had to take the time to tell you about my experience. I ordered some products all the way to Norway, and yes, there were a lot of fees and customs duties, but it shouldn't go to the detriment of the store.
When I received the goods I had hopes that it would look as exclusive as in the pictures, but I didn't expect anything.
For the prices they have, the products are good enough, especially in relation to how much fraud there is around. The diamonds are of very low quality but it is real, and you get what you pay for. One of my products had a defect, and when I contacted customer service and explained the situation, we came to an agreement after some time and I was sent a new product.
So my conclusion is that those who order from here should be aware of what they are paying for, and the store lives up to its promises.
I will give them a thumbs up and have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
By the way, I would like to order a new leather strap for my watch, as it has become worn after a lot of use.

This is a repeat of the review for the same watch/experience. We are not using "bad quality parts". The watch you purchased we clearly stated in the listing that bezel and dial in the watch are aftermarket, but that does not make the watch "fake". Rolex dealer will declare a watch fake if it has any aftermarket parts, even if those have no influence on the watch movement and functionality. Now if you purchase a Mercedes which had rims, tires, wipers, even seats redone by not Mercedes to make it nicer, but the body, engine and all major parts are the same, does it mean you have a fake Mercedes? No, right? Same logic here. We have been in business for 20 years now, with actual location in NYC which you can visit and view, test and purchase products in person. We are New York registered business. Had we done a single scam in all these years in business we would long be closed. So we are a real business, information on your item purchased was clearly stated in the listing. And you could have returned the watch without problems within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it was in original condition.

I'm afraid to shop anywhere else for online jewelry
As I watch all the negative reviews and the response back to the customer it amazes me to see It'sHot stick up for themselves. I'm honestly scared to shop for jewelry anywhere else online. My first purchase was some years back but I bought my fiancé her ring here, tested to be sure as I spent $7K on it, and it was genuine. The lab asked where I got the ring from and how much... They were astounded at it and more so, the cost.

This is actually a fraudster who tried to place the order using financing program, was declined by Acima and by Affirm and left this review. He did try to purchase a black diamond eternity band from us, but his payment never went though so the ring was never shipped.
