I am 100% satisfied with the experience given in IT Career Swap. The strongest aspect being in this company is how clear detailed and clear your courses are. Really helped me learn new things that I was not comfortable with. Would recommend anyone who wants to build up their it skills.

If you are searching now on Internet to see if the IT Career Swap is a real deal or just another scam, I can definitely relate to you. That was me few months ago. I took the chance and it was the best decision of my life. I finally broke the ice, and I got my first job in IT. The courses are not necessarily super easy, but if you put a decent effort, you will make it. A friend of mine told me the course is not useful, and I am so happy I did not listen. You get the skills, knowledge and very important, the terminology (seriously underestimated).
Ashley, my guide, was always there to advise me if I needed any sort of support, and she has proven to be so useful. Forever greatful to her.
So if you think you really want a career in IT, trust me, this is the place.

I found IT careerswap at the perfect time in my life. Not knowing what to do next and feeling hopeless after graduating from University during the start of COVID. IT careerswap gave me the motivation and goal to pursuit a career into project management - something I had never really thought about. When I felt like giving up I had mentors who were always available to talk. After finishing the course, I was paired with the recruitment team who helped me get several interviews - once again raising my motivation and confidence that I was able to actually work in this growing career. Fast forward to some time later I was made a job offer as a programme coordinator which exceeded my expectation once again.

I would definitely recommend IT careerswap to those wanting to pursuit a role within the IT sector. Not only if you are already working but even if you are just starting of your career just like myself. The PM course is affordable and recognised by employers.

IT Career Swap helped me get my first IT job once I completed their course material and live labs, my tutor Ken helped me throughout and ensured I was happy with the content provided, throughout the process, they were really helpful and if it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today, from a young age, I’ve managed to go down my desired career path, can’t recommend them enough, I’d advise any one with an IT interest to contact them!

I purchased the Cyber Security course which is in two parts. I started in the beginning of April 2021 and now halfway through the first part of the course. I am finding the course enjoyable and learning quite a lot too. Ashley contacts me every two weeks to give me guidance and encouragement. I am very grateful for the personal touch from IT Career Swap.

I have had an excellent experience in terms of Customer Services and support through whilst doing my courses. I received support while doing my course, before exams and after exams. I passed my PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner exams at first attempt due to the support I received from ITCareer Swap. Am glad to say I still receive support in the professional field as well. Having a degree in IT did not really give me the necessary boost I needed to land my first job.

However, ITCareerSwap has enabled me to learn much more than what my degree offers and the qualifications just fits perfectly to what is needed for my job.

They say it roughly takes 3 months, but that is only possible if you optimize your study-load effectively. My advice would be - don't take more than 2 weeks for one course (ideally 1-2 days for each module in the course depending on number of videos).

In terms of landing your first job in IT, don't expect to find a job right away or only rely on them to find one for you. You need to put in the effort of looking for a job desperately yourself.

I have recently finished my courses with IT career swap and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I went through everything from computer hardware right through to Windows 10 including security and setting up a computer system from scratch. I have not needed to take advantage of the recruitment process through IT Careerswap as I found a role myself just before finishing my course, but the information I have learnt throughout this course helped me get my new role. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone interested in getting into IT, ven if you do not have much prior knowledge as it starts you with the basic foundations and then moves onto the more advanced stuff. The videos are easy to follow and there are activities you can do to check your understanding before doing the quizzes at the end of each module. You also get access to the practice lab environment after finishing the course so you can get some practical hands-on experience in a virtual environment to test out what you have learnt. Ken from Career Swap was also a big help throughout, he called me every couple of weeks to make sure I was doing OK and I could email him at any time if I had any questions or needed any help and he was always quick to reply.

Really easy to follow content & really appreciate that I can write note whilst the video is playing.

Currently in my placement year, working as an assistant IT technician. The courses that IT Career Swap provides is truly valuable and has helped me secure an IT role. The live labs was a great experience to help me understand more of the modules in practice and the mentors are very patient and understanding! After the completion of the course, the team has really supported me by enabling me to secure interviews (including my current role as an IT assistant) despite being located in an area where opportunities can be a struggle to find. I am currently studying Cyber Security with IT Career Swap. The course content is great and my mentor can't be more supportive. I've recently completed the first part of the course and with the skills I now have I have landed a 1st line support role which is great experience before I move onto a role in the Cyber industry. I have just completed the IT technician course and it was a very good learning experience, the course material was really helpful and so were the practice labs. I also got much needed support from Ashley who called from time to time to check on how I was progressing and if I had any difficulties. In all it was a worthy experience making me hopeful for what comes next

I started doing a project management course through itcareerswap. Between Dan and Phillip they helped me gain my prince 2 foundation and helped me secure my first job within project management. Although I only completed 1 qualification before getting a job. This gave me the experience to gain and pass interviews. I recommend anyone wanting a new career change into projects to go through itcareerswap. Both Dan and Phillip had been very approachable with all my many questions.

I have embarked on a new career path in Project Management (Prince 2 Practitioner, Foundations & Agile) and IT Career Swap have been very helpful. Providing ongoing and regular support, knowledge and a friendly ear to listen to my questions. My mentor is always available and his responses are fast, always within couple of hours if not faster.
Online learning is clear and well put together. I’m in the middle of my course and so far so good. Thumbs up!

IT Technician Course
Unfortunately this course is terrible, it almost feels like a scam. Yes, they provide you with lectures that are relatively easy to follow, they are very basic and not in great details so if you have a basic knowledge there is not much you will learn here. In order to pass each module you have to complete multiple choice test which you can repeat how many times you want. However, the most important part of this course is that they offer you the help in finding a job within the IT sector, you can wait for them for months and yet not much help will be given. Maximum of 3 phone interviews will be arranged but there is no way you will get the job. Their website states “The main difference between us and other IT training companies is that we have over 5,000 employer partnerships in operation so we can place you into work all over the country with a number of different companies, often with multiple options” – this is a pure scam, they won’t ever offer to place you into a real world workplace with their partners, they will always find a reason to tell you that they can’t provide you with such an opportunity at given time. Unless you just want to learn about new technologies and IT in general – AVOID, not worth your money as the certificates you get are not the real CompTIA certificates, as for them you would have to organise the test on your own for which you would have to pay extra money to the legitimate source.
Plus, in order to access their live labs, virtual machines in which you can “practise”, they ask you firstly to give them a review (this is the most likely reason why there is so many positive reviews) and only later when you do that they will give you a password to the virtual machines.
PLEASE AVOID!

I have been taking a course as IT Technician. The tools for learning provided by IT Career Swap were really helpfully to complete different Certificates in IT. The staff are really friendly and always there for helping you to achieve your goal. Each and every month Ashley was ensured that I progress efficiently with my course by asking me if I was facing any difficulty to complete the course.
