I recently hired Jason’s plumbing company to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The leak had been getting worse for days, and I was worried about water damage, but Jason responded quickly and scheduled a visit the same day.

When he arrived, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue instead of rushing into a quick fix. I cannot recommend ISV Plumbing highly enough for anyone in need of an expert local plumber. A brilliant service.

They are one of the subcontractors for your repair & received horrible service today. They never kept the appointment slots with no show or no communication for 2 appointments & for 3 appointment between 8 -12 noon they turned up at 2.30 pm.

I found Jason to be very reliable and punctual.
His attention to detail is first class.
I would recommend him to anyone, first class.

ISV have been so quick to help and came forward with good solutions to some tricky damp problems.

Communication was not great and the plumber that attended had been told the incorrect information so was unable to do the job. He did not seem very knowledgeable and said he would organise to come back the following week and he would book it in with the office but he did not. No work was actually done so I cannot comment on the work but the conduct was not great.

I cannot reply to the response I have received but I would like to clarify some things:

I have been in the property business a long time although this was a personal job and not for business.

Yes I spoke to you when I cancelled-my reason for cancelling was lack of communication and the concern that Jimmy was not able to deal with the issue. When I rang to cancel your words were ‘oh I don’t have that job booked in anyways’ or something to this effect. The fact that Jimmy did not book it in despite me repeatedly asking if he would confirm with the office or I should and he stated he would deal with it shows communication needs working on.

I am sure Jimmy is great at his job but the simple fact that he did not even take the cover off the boiler to have a look at it is alarming.

If there was a miscommunication between whoever took the instruction and Jimmy that again is not my fault.

Jason provided an exceptional service. Good communication, punctual and got to task quickly to establish where a leak was coming from (this was the remit as it was unclear from which property water was leaking into a communal passage). Jason provided a report following his visit as well as thermal imaging. I would have no hesitation in booking Jason again as well as recommending him.

My boiler was giving me trouble, the gas engineer from itv plumbing came and quickly assessed the problem, he put in some kind of pressure sensor i think, then done some more work and after a while the central heating and hot water was working fine, the engineer was very professional, on time, polite and tidy. I most certainly will be recommending to all family and friends.

Was a slight problem but came back and rectified it without any problems
