I recently completed a course with iStudy and had a really good experience overall. The course content was well-structured, easy to follow, and covered all the key areas in depth. I particularly appreciated the flexibility, as I could learn at my own pace without any pressure. The materials were clear and engaging, which made complex topics easier to understand.

I didn’t run into any issues while accessing the materials, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. The support team is very friendly and they sorted out the issue that I faced regarding my Student ID card in no time.

It’s a great option if you’re looking to build knowledge in a flexible and practical way.

Courses are great, easy to understand and navigate. After purchasing the cert pdfs, I couldn't find the links, so i emailed them. Shane Smith was able to promptly resolve this for me with great customer service. Recommended.

Do not buy a course from this company complete waste of money and time, they wont reply to your emails, go with another course provider who respects customer service

I consistently write on daily basis emails to Istudy, what is not working with Istudy courses, what is misleading to the person who is creating a future by studying, as taken advantage.

= Even complaint form is not working, chat is not replying. Upon requests I overwrote Trustpilot review, unfortunately , I have to change it back to lower ranking due
= unwanted hardships with Finance Advance level course and Excel Advance level course .
= Overall, they are like trapping you into the hardship connecting you with CPD and AOC to other development methods of students of being unsucessful or envy.

Courses are great for reading !
= Free course about CV writting, Leadership, Networking are marked as for free, however there is 25 GBP payment for each
= However customer service is with long waiting time

= courses are not working, some courses are written BUY ANY COURSE FOR 11,99GBP with coupon S11 and there is then course for not possible to redeem. Than we see a lot bad people leading students of istudy to dead not to improvement with masterclasess misleading informations.
= I submitted negative review first, than Istudy called me , than I change it in 4 starts to their wish , however another service went again wrong, so now 1star
= The price of subscription is different, than on website. You have to pay for resit exams.
= course videos you have paid for are private, discounts are always in different prices 11,99 course cost 599 GBP or 25 GBP .

Paying for certification, some of the courses are not working, mock exams and resit of exams are sometimes blocked, coupons not possible to apply , as website is saying. They are working to correct it, consistently, however , I have to ask for another corrections and what is sadly bad - the way how istudy misleading the motivation of taking advantage from you. Thank you for last resit for free.

Stay clear from this company, I paid for a lifetime subscription and my money was taken and I have had no reply from them and I never received any services. I have tried to contact them many of times through email and phone but I have had no reply. I have contacted my credit card company for a dispute on the case. Please don’t listen to the other reviews they are fake and this company does not reply.

I chose to do a Leadership and Management course with IStudy, The course was hard but if I had any questions they were quick to get back to me. Very kind and helpful staff.

I done a Plumbing Skills Training course, for the price it’s definitely worth doing if you already have plumbing skills and want proof on paper. You definitely need to have some knowledge of plumbing to do the course.

This was a very full on course but the slides and over voice were clear and full of information that I could keep coming back too. Would recommend.

It's been almost a month and I've not had any information on the student ID card that I ordered. I would in an ideal world like it ASAP as I soon have a long train journey which I'd like a student discount on but I need a student ID to prove that.

Edit: they have emailed me about the situation and showed their sincerest apologies, they said that it will arrive as soon as it can. I have changed the review from 2 starts to 4 stars as this was a quick response from the help desk, thank you for trying to resolve the issue quickly.

An amazing experience. So interesting and well detailed. Now I have a good knowledge on addiction counseling.

I got 40 percent thought my course just to find out the code examples for the PHP diploma doesn't work, I made a complaint and a supervisor rang me back and said they will get the tutor to update the course and give me a message when it's done. On Monday I got a message of Istudy saying I've enrolled on a new course, and now I have to start all over again I was nearly half way though my course and they didn't do what they said, not a trustworthy website if the course is out of date!!
