If you’re ready to challenge your mindset around money and investing, this course is absolutely worth it. The approach is very detailed, explained in lay language, and structured as a clear step-by-step guide.

I’m currently at the 5th part of the course, and I’ve already discovered things I wasn’t even aware of—like having a life insurance tied to my 3rd pillar A. Thanks to the course, I now understand how to compare ETFs, what criteria to look at, and the overall investment approach. I’ve also changed my 3rd pillar provider with much more confidence.

The two bimonthly calls are particularly useful to get answers to specific questions, and the hands-on approach is honestly amazing. At times, the amount of information can feel overwhelming, but that’s also because it’s very practical and actionable. Consistency in attending the sessions is key to quickly implementing what you learn. Highly recommended for anyone serious about taking control of their finances.

While I just recently started the program, my experience thus far has been very positive. Aysha took the time and effort to address my concerns prior to registering for the program. Also, during a free session, she went 1-by-1 to answer individual questions on the spot - this shows the high competence in investing and the level of detail she has. Although the programme had an additional segment for Americans, one in which I paid additionally for, I felt that there could have been more focus on American nationalities living in the EU included in the various milestones/case studies in the main programme. Furthermore, I felt the programme was probably more helpful to citizens living in Switzerland or who had lived in Switzerland at one point.

The course is very detailed and very well explained for those who have literally no experience in investing. Great if you want to learn more about taxes, pensions, different investment platforms and types, how to assess what you already have as investment assets and if they're still beneficial for you, etc. Give it a try!

This is a great course where you learn everything you need to know about how to invest, how to build, diversify and grow your portfolio. I gained financial literacy from almost none to proficiency. The course gives you a lot of confidence, solid investing principles, I completely resonated with the values promoted. A great support community for all the women out there that want to be in charge of their finances. The quality is just top notch, you can see Aysha and Fanny put a lot of effort, knowledge and consistency in this course.

The “Invest at REST” course provides a comprehensive introduction into the world of self-managed investing and contains a wealth of information that de-mystifies the whole topic. Designed primarily for those with little or no knowledge, the modules provide guided actionable steps towards identifying the long-term investment goals and how to achieve them. Whilst the course is aimed at women who are seeking to gain an understanding and level of control over their financial positions, having gone through the course as a couple we can highly recommend following it together – and then passing the knowledge on to future generations to get them started early (regardless of gender).
Even though we are still on the journey, there have been a number of “aha” moments that have already triggered beneficial changes in our approach to investing for our retirement (moving away from insurance-linked 3b (Swiss) investments for example). The additional courses to which you gain access are also extremely useful – another “lightbulb” moment came about through the course on handling wills and other inheritance mechanisms.
We would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to take some more control over, or even learn about, their finances particularly when looking towards investing for retirement and beyond.

This course is amazingly extensive and practical. It takes you by the hand to decide how you want to go about your finances, helps you with complex tax issues and so many varied cross-border situations for expats and Swiss alike. I took the course 3 years ago and am doing a refreshment now and I am amazed to see all the updated information, lists, tools etc, even how to use AI to find detailed and reliable information related to your taxes.
