Have been a subscriber for 3 years now which suggests I am not very smart. Firstly, the stats they publish are just not good metrics for success. In 2022 they simply added percentages of individual position increases. So, if you gained 7% on a 1% position, and 8% on another 1% position, they'd say it's up 15%. "Totals" made that way for the year were crazy, like 1757% or similar. I ignored that and started mirroring trades. To be fair, they are no longer summing up the individual trades like outlined above but no good metrics exist still, all new trades are being rolled up into a "new account" that's being shown in recent videos but that doesn't reflect all old trades so it remains *inaccurate*. A simple metric of how much an account is up or down "year to date" exists in IBKR, the platform Garreth claims to be using (I am using the same, so I know). Otherwise a simple spreadsheet can be put together in 4 hours, that will show the true results, but that's not being done. Why? A very good question.

In 2022 the service definitely made money (I am following the positioning and percentages in full), I'd estimate around 12% which is not bad. 2023 was definitely not profitable due to all the shorts, I'd say --17% (minus 17). In 2024 the shorts are down so much, there is pretty much nothing Garreth can do to make sure 2024 is also not a year of losses. The only hope for existing subscribers like me is if NVDA, CRM, MSFT, GE (and some others) decide to go down A LOT. At the time of this writing it would take 100 "winners" of 10% (that's Garreth's average during 3 years of observations) to make NVDA short go to zero, assuming NVDA doesn't lose value or grow further.

So, all in all, with the results outlined above this sounds like gambling, and whatever they're "teaching" doesn't seem to be working by any metric I consider reasonable. Don't subscribe to this service. I am looking for a way out myself but I don't know how to arrange for it yet. After that I am going to invest into index funds instead. The returns Garreth is able to produce aren't worth the time I spent so far. I am willing to revise the review if the situation improves.

All of the latest reviews are true, Gareth is a total scam artist. I've been a subscriber for 3 years, we did ok the first 2 but not great after you count the cost of the service & the losers we just held forever. He uses your subscription money to fund horrifyingly bad trades & leaves them open indefinitely, only closing small winners & posting them everywhere making people believe that the service is profitable. We are stuck in over 50% of our portfolios trying to short since the beginning of the tech bull run. He will never admit he's wrong & cut losses because he doesn't have to, month after month he gets paid by subscribers which replenishes his accounts to drag more unsuspecting people in. The end goal is selling them on an expensive training program when his partner Nick is 1000x better teacher & trader than him for way less money, its a shame that Nick is retiring but you can be sure that he's leaving earlier than planned because of what Gareth is doing. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying Gareth is a great guy. He has a gem of personality and I like him as a person! But when it comes to trading he is not the best. I think he tries his best and does get small wins (his heart is in the right place). The big issue with him and any short term traders is they are like a Casino. The wins are small but the losses are huge, it can wipe you out! You can listen to him as he has good points but do not follow him as it is very risky. I hope it helps

Lost most of my portfolio by shorting with 1x leverage with Gareth's service. That says it all...

I started with Gareth about a year ago. I had $25000 in my investing account. I followed most of his trades and now my investing account is $19000. This is not swing trading. I've had to hold on to some investments for months. Oh, he blocked me on Twitter for calling him out. Do not pay for his services.

Update: Still blocked by Gareth on X for calling him out, but I took my account from $19,000 to $41,000 today. Haven’t shorted one stock believe it or not. It’s one thing to give bad trading advice, which he has done repeatedly over the last year, it’s another thing to double down on said advice and when confronted, act like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. I’m still a “piker” lol.

Doesn't acknowledge his Stop Losses on Crypto with massive positions. He is lying about this track record, straight up SCAM. Ignoring massive losses is a surefire way to lose a ton of money. Totally ignored Solana and Avalanche positions that were crushed. They are considered still open when well over their SL. No other way to call it, it's a SCAM.

worst trader i've ever followed. his trades make 10% of 1% of your portfolio. so if you have a 100k portfolio, you are making $100 on a successful trade! he missed all the bottoms in crypto and makes 10-20% and misses all the 400-600% runs. the only person who shorts a bear market! his course is 6k usd which was the biggest waste of money, when there are other ones out there for free or a fraction of the cost and more effective for trading. worst mistake of my trading life was listening to his calls.

I have been experimenting Garett service for 3 months and I will confirm the other reviews he is good at marketing very good orator and a market commentator but not a profitable

Most of his trade will make you lose money and he keeps on following martingale and ask to add into a losing position. His trading positions comes from the cash from his subscribers so I guess he is just playing with our money and you can’t afford to be in the same situation. What are the odds of him calling 10 trades and all 10 trades are going bad to that point that I may consider if he says to do
A long you May as well do a short and if he calls out a short you better go for a long

I've learned a lot from Gareth. My portfolio has grown consistently over the last 1.5 years. I couldn't be more thankful to him and his team. A caveat is that you do need to follow the %age allocation he sends in his alerts. That's how he manages the risk. The only thing I've been asking for some time now is an improved app and alerting mechanism. The alerts on the app are delayed by maybe a minute or two. Sometimes, the alerts don't even come through the app and I need to rely on the email. That is rare though. Also, my experience with the app has been better on iOS as compared to Android. Despite all these challenges, my portfolio has been growing consistently and I'm glad I found Gareth.

I lost a ton of money in the Luna crypto collapse in 2022. Started following Gareth in his Verified investing, and dabbled some in stocks and crypto. This year went all in with his live day trading and swing trade, and am up 30% on the year. He does hold some positions for a long time, but if you position size correctly, you can navigate these times successfully. Overall I find a great value and have learned so much from his analysis!

Great service provided by Gareth and team - just wish he covered UK stocks :-) Been following Gareth for a couple of years on YouTube and joined up to the service about 6 months ago. So far not disappointed with a comfortable profit.
