My Experience with the 120-Hour TESOL Course
My experience with International Open Academy was truly excellent. The modules from 1 to 10 were informative, well-structured, and refreshing. Every lesson provided practical, useful insights. Going through the course felt like revisiting and enriching my university studies, but in a way that felt current and applicable to real teaching today.
I believe this company is doing extremely well because they effectively equip both new and experienced teachers with the essential knowledge and skills we truly need. De la comptabilité sans chiffres pendant 60 jours uniquement
J'ai acheté la formation Gestion des Ressources Humaines et Comptabilité et Gestion Financière sur le site Groupon. Première mauvaise surprise : la formation est accessible pendant 60 jours seulement. Si vous voulez avoir plus de temps, il vous faudra prendre un abonnement mensuel pour la maudique somme de 29,99€ par mois... je trouve ça honteux. Je n'achète pas une formation pour devoir payer un abonnement mensuel pour en profiter au-delà de deux mois...
Deuxième mauvaise surprise : il s'agit d'une formation comptabilité sans chiffres, c'est assez peu commun pour la matière.... Que des pavés de textes inintéressants.
Si j'avais su je n'aurais pas acheté cette formation, j'ai l'impression d'avoir jeté mon argent par les fenêtres.
Et le site Groupon precise bien qu'aucun remboursement ne peut-être fait après l'achat. Je préférerai qu'on me rembourse et qu'on me retire l'accès a cette "formation".
Je ne recommande donc absolument pas cette "formation" et encore moins cette plateforme.

I recently explored and completed a short course on Special Education Needs (SEN) and found it very insightful. I learned about how different Special Education Needs (SEN) can affect students, ways to identify and understand their needs, and practical strategies to support them. This gave me a deeper appreciation for the challenges faced by students, educators, parents and stakeholders, as well as the importance of inclusive learning. The course could be even stronger with a few additions, such as more real-life examples, interactive exercises for practice, and extra resources for continued learning. Overall, it was a valuable and eye-opening experience.

Don’t bother wasting your time
Don’t bother wasting your time. Not sure if the course quality is significantly reduced due to being a wowcher voucher or if that is genuinely how the course is but had I paid full price for what I received I’d be physically sick. I enrolled on the ‘Lash Technician Course’ which was gifted to me. Some of the information isn’t relevant, the modules are all over the place and the models in the pictures and videos for lash perming all have extensions on? Not to mention some of the information provided in the course is incorrect. Overall, it’s been a waste of time, a waste of money and I don’t feel like I’ve learned anything valuable. Oh, also, the fact that you then have to purchase your certificate, even a digital copy, seems a bit scandalous to me.

To clarify, this is a beginner‑level course, designed to be broad and accessible to learners with different levels of prior knowledge. Because of that, some modules cover foundational concepts to ensure all students can follow along confidently, regardless of experience.
Regarding Wowcher access, all students—whether enrolling through Wowcher or directly on our website—receive the same full course content. Wowcher deals also include a Proof of Completion, as stated in the offer. Any additional certificates or documents (such as accredited or digital certificates) are optional extras, which is also clearly explained both in the Wowcher listing and on our website.
Your comments about the course structure, visuals, and accuracy are very important to us. Our team regularly reviews and updates course materials, and feedback like yours helps us improve the learning experience for everyone.

Fantastic online course providers! (Tendimi has merged with this platform now)
I have now changed my review completely from the first impression and experience i had purely due to the impeccable manner in which International Open Academy have handled this - immediately no less!
I can not applaud them enough in how genuine in their response and desire to ensure everything was understood, quickly remedied and also, then clearly explained to me where the initial issues had arose from!
Here's a small part of their response to me explaining how they have taken over from Trendimi (just in case you bought from wowcher as i did)
"To clarify, Trendimi was previously a sister company of International Open Academy, and we have recently integrated our offerings. While we still have some live deals available through our partners, all courses are now accessible on our platform. Any voucher from Trendimi should work on our website, but I understand that the redemption process may not have been clear, and I appreciate your feedback regarding the website experience."
I want to give particular thanks and appreciation to Bruno Amaral who took responsibility of my concerns and issues. He is honestly outstanding as he not only acted professionally and efficiently but more importantly to me...he responded in a very understanding and human way (so hard to find in most of the corporate industry today!) To clarify, Trendimi was previously a sister company of International Open Academy, and our courses have recently been integrated into one platform. This means that some Trendimi vouchers now need to be redeemed through International Open Academy, and in some cases the course titles may appear slightly different even though the content is the same.
Occasionally, discrepancies with voucher codes issued by third‑party partners like Wowcher can lead to errors during redemption, and I appreciate how confusing this can be. Your feedback about the website experience and pop‑ups is also noted — we are continuously working to improve the user journey.

I have always wanted to draw but I have no patience, so this course was perfect for me. I was able to draw something that looked pretty good, if I may say so myself ☺️I don’t want to be perfect but just have a hobby that I could enjoy almost straight away.
