Everything was so easy, the information was concise and correct, the booking procedure was incredibly easy. The information on the property correct and the confirmation and check in details arrived very quickly, I would not have any reservations about recommending Interhome, and would happily use them again

Frist time booking and never again. I rented a house for a week through Interhome and it was dirty and smells. Can’t believe that this is Interhomes standard . We left after 3 days… l

Horrible service
Horrible service, absolutely nobody to get in touch with after the booking.
We raised an issue with Airbnb, and couple days later someone finally replied from the Interhome group, giving us email and a phone number of the office incharge for our booking. But even then no response. We are dreading going on a holiday where we have nobody to talk to in case of anything. Not to mention check in window is only from 4pm-7pm. How stupid.

Easy booking process
The availability was up to date, clear choices for payment. No hidden extras.
The security deposit didn’t clearly say it was refundable once the accommodation was checked after departure, which I hope is the case!

Easy to book online. In addition, the administration office was very helpful in responding to an email question re availability which gave reassurance re going ahead with the booking.

Fantastic service
We have used Interhome four times now and every time the booking process has been so easy. They don’t hassle you and only email when necessary. All information is clear and concise. Check-in at properties is so simple and the range of properties across the world is fantastic. I don’t think we’ll book with anyone again!
