On 27th Nov. I approached Your Finance Expert aka Intelligent Mortgage Solutions for an equity release mortgage as I am 68, to pay off an interest only mortgage with Barclays. Andy suggested a more traditional Interest Only mortgage, which I had been told by several other lenders, including Barclays, was not possible. Within a reasonable time he found me a suitable product, which progressed through to completion a couple of days ago. The lender demands to get there were a bit onerous and we had a few sticky moments, but Helen guided the way through the challenges to a satisfactory conclusion.

Barry and the team are a credit to their company. They were informative, helpful and diligent when processing my remortgage. Use this company, they know what they’re doing and will work tirelessly to get you the very best deal. Thank you

Used intelligence mortgage solutions again after my current mortgage came to an end after 2 year fixed rate. James who handled my first case was very hands on and kept me up to date on things that were needed to get a new offer with new lender. This was good to have and James explained all the financial jargon well that I understood what I was signing up for, once this step was complete it moved to Helen to complete the mortgage offer, she like James very hands on and took my call if I was unsure about some aspects of the contract. I cannot thank them enough that they made the large difficult steps easy with their help and the customer interaction was great too. I cannot thank them enough for the help during the festive period when all are on holiday.
