Integra I felt dealt with everything so efficiently and covered all aspects when we had an unfortunate flood the loss adjuster was again very good efficient professional and all aspects of claim dealt with.

My wife has Alzheimer's disease and tripped and fell outside church when we were going to a meeting for people with dementia. She was only slightly hurt but broke her new glasses. I claimed by phone for her replacement glasses on the household insurance. The claim was settled that day. This was supremely sympathetic and efficient service. Thank you.

I haven’t made a claim on my B&C policy for well over ten years and the on line claim system Integra used came as a surprise because the last time everything was phone based. However, Integra sent me link to my phone and I completed the claim form which also allowed me to upload estimates and pictures. I started the process last Friday. Today is the following Wednesday and I have just received a text message saying that my claim has been completed and the money will be in my account in the next five working days. Excellent service Integra. Thank you.

Integra was good however, they give out jobs to 2nd ,3rd companies that are difficult to deal with and will not listen to you. Too many companies involved, having to explain same things again and again , information that you give them get misinterpreted and then you get blamed- they will listen to each other than you who are the customer! Took us months and months to sort out our claim, workers not turning up without any notice , constantly having to chase them , they use low quality materials to keep the cost down for themselves and at the end still not completing the job that they were instructed to do so! We gave up at the end and will not be renewing our insurance next year with Integra! Will not reccomend unless they change/ or there are any changes with their 3rd party companies!

Call handlers very kind and sympathetic and sorted out a difficult problem quickly. Auger the sub contractors also very good.

We had a blocked outdoor drain Sept 25 , turns out it was caused by tree roots! Unable to use the toilet,shower etc..seemed like a nightmare.
But the insurance company were absolutely fantastic,on it in no time. Excellent communication..they seemed to really care.
I fully recommend them .

Had to make a claim on our late mother’s property for escape of water through drains collapsing at the rear of the house. Integra appointed a structural engineer and from there a management company approved contractors to complete the work in a timely manner. Very smooth operation. Well done Integra excellent service 👏👏👏

Only gave one star as was not given a minus option. Uninsured driver demolished my car and porch. Started off with my original insurance company, quickly juggled onto this bunch, who then seemed to sub let to another middle man outfit. Then the fun started. I ended up having to ringmaster the whole thing, ringing contractors, suppliers, carpenters, painters etc. Weeks were going by without any contact from anyone, except to give me another company to call to get the work started. Took one year and two weeks to complete. Not impressed at all.

Claim settled without too much delay. All done within a week. Payment expected shortly. Good to see faith in humanity.

You only get to properly comment on insurance when things go wrong. I have been Sainsbury's insurance for years but never claimed until recently when we had a leak. The Sainsbury's team were really good. My only gripe was the speed of the loss adjuster and lack of guidance received from them. It took them 12 weeks to settle.

Yes we have now been payed out just not at the time that they closed the claim I did think that they should have waited till the money was in our bank before closing the case

They were courteous and helpful both over the phone and in person. Very professional service.

Had a leak from toilet which resulted in my living room partially coming down. Sampled and asbestos so had to remove all the furniture and sofa etc for removal. For 3 months I was sitting on camping chairs with the house looking like a barn. I was sick of ringing up, leaving voicemails and getting no replies. Rang head office numerous times too. This was a nightmare for me and my kids.

However, we did get there in the end and happy with the work the contractors done. So for that I'll rate a 2 star.

This is the best ins co I had a fall last Friday broke my rayban glasses beyond repair,put a claim. In was all settled by wed very fast and efficient.

Settled . No hassle would definitely recommend!!

We had a fire in May 25, I did not realise the time this takes to sort out.
Once things got moving I was updated by everyone involved along the way, and I am happy to say our work was signed off today.

Would definitely recommend this company in the future.
