Ripped off
Wanted to change my policy from Europe to include world wide to cape verdie because we were going to Turkey and decided to change
Called up I had already paid £212 now they want £500+ i had already done a quote online and it comes to £170 what is going on with this company.
Iv only had policy for 1 month only getting a refund of £127 when I paid £212

I am sorry to hear that you feel ripped off. Our premiums can vary due to several factors, including inflation, rising medical costs, and the overall claims experience of the underwriter in the preceding year. Additionally, broader market conditions can also influence pricing. When cancelling a policy if it is outside of the 14 day cooling off period then you would only receive a pro-rata refund, this is stated in your policy wording booklet. This is because you have been covered since the date of purchase for any cancellations.

Untrained customer service
Non professional and untrained customer service, so disappointed after calling them. I was planning to buy this policy for my family and got stuck with some of the travelling issues, the lady on phone made me more confused. Now I have changed my mind and looking for other policy.

Brought the insurance and couldent download the the policy.phoned them and asked to send me them in the post which I never recieved

It was easy to take out the policy. Plus it wasn't as expensive as most. Still a crazy price though. Would have been 5 stars if the price had made more sense.

InsureFor were brilliant
InsureFor were brilliant! I could not recommend a better travel insurer.
We went from London to Lanzarote, however due to repairs to a bridge on the motorway we missed our flight.
InsureFor requested the relevant information, which we provided and they settled the claim in hours.
I will be using them again for any European holidays we go on.
