Worked perfectly fine but you have to pay $15 which kind of sucks. They should be more upfront about the fact that the service isn't free. Anyways I got access to the account I needed.

They give you some random combination of letters and numbers as if that's the magic password lol. Before you can even see if it works for yourself, they make you agree that if it doesn't work you still have to pay... They're either smart or were stupid. I say we're stupid 🤣

I'm a bit late here, but if you're still stuck with this crap, or you get suckered again, go directly to your payment source: Paypal, your bank or credit card etc. and tell them you're a sucker and fell for this scam, and to stop the payment and report this company.
