Instant Promotion & GZBO Anmeldelser

We love our new charity branded gazebo, used today at an event. The design process was slick, we had excellent communications with the sales team and after delays in despatching our gazebo which were outside of IP's control, they went the extra mile offering solutions not excuses to ensure we received it yesterday. The quality of the gazebo is excellent and the colours (we opted for black as our logo is rainbow coloured) look crisp and clear. We received a lot of positive comments. Would definitely order more products if needed.

Great service provided.
Thanks to the team behind the whole process I was able to acquire the gazebo with the design of my choice.
The person that acted as the main contact was promptly responsive answering to all my questions and sort all the issues in no time.
I highly recommend the services of this company that we will keep as or gazebos and accessories supplier for the future.
Once again thanks for the service and quality provided.

We ordered several different branded items for event organisation and had excellent customer service throughout the process. Bill was patient with all our questions and made sure we got just what we needed. Everything is very good quality and and we look forward to using it for years to come. At the first race we used it for we had lots of nice comments about how good the branding looked, so we feel it really added to the event. I would definitely recommend Instant Promotion for any event supplies and will use them again in future.

I can’t thank everyone enough from Instant Promotions UK for assisting me with my order. I contacted them with a very tight timeframe and they couldn’t do enough for me to get the order proofed, processed and delivered. They have been so helpful from beginning to end. Brilliant customer service and product. My Gazebo for work will be around for many years. I would highly recommend them.

I couldn't recommend Instant Promotion more highly. I dealt with Dan and he responded helpfully and quickly to every question I had. Customer service of this calibre is a rarity today.

I went with Instant Promotion after having communication with them and other gazebo package suppliers and these giving the better responses to my queries. Throughout the whole process communication was excellent,we wanted our own branding put onto the gazebo, design and colour matches given the graphics designer returned our design the following day. On receiving our order the quality of the items is very good, exactly what we asked for,we would definitely recommend Instant Promotion.

great service and amazing products I felt with Dan who was incredible with highley recommend this company

We ordered 2 x 2 gazebos for our school and they are absolutely thrilled with them. The service from Instant Promotion was superb, and the items were ordered, despatched and delivered quickly and smoothly. If we need anything else in future, we'll definitely be back! Thank you.

Excellent service and to a very tight schedule. We found the order process was simple and the various options easy to adapt to our wishes. Our gazebo was designed by Instant Promotions and the design process was very straightforward. Good to see a visual of the design before submitting the order. The gazebo arrived within our very tight time frame and is an excellent quality. Easy to erect and very stable despite a very windy first outing. Very pleased and would highly recommend Instant Promotions.

Great service and really helpful throughout!

Great customer service.
I have used this company several times now and they always deliver!
Many thanks,
Ian

Really amazing service. We've never ordered anything like this before, but the process was simple, and having the help of designers send back visualisations before submitting the final order was priceless. So although we knew exactly what we were going to get, the product still impressed when we put it up, a process which itself was very easy.

High quality, Highly recommended!!!
Great customer service.

Dan was an excellent listener and dealt with the problem I had. Satisfied I purchased a similar product.

Instant Print were incredibly helpful, and made sure that my printed table cloth came out perfectly. It was also delivered in great time, with regular communication from their team.
