Ordered nearly £4,000 worth of stock, clearly advertised as being 'In stock'. Paid for next day delivery. When delivery failed to materialise I chased Insight only to be told there is a 5 week wait. They've taken the money out of my account which still hasn't been refunded.
I've heard from numerous people who have had identical experiences.

Impossible to contact some one at Evri. Pathetic automated web support which takes you round and round leaving you frustrated. Even phone number is fully automated. No ones replies to emails either.

A total joke of a company. AVOID.

Ordered an LG monitor. Paid £12.99 for next-day delivery. Its now 3 weeks later and no sign of it. The estimated delivery time has now been pushed back a further 3 weeks. No communication from the company about these delays. They did not respond to my email when I inquired about it. And when I phoned them, the woman I spoke with told me that a 3-week delay 'wasn't that bad'.

One of the worst online sellers I have ever experienced. I bought a new laptop and they sent me a refurbished model. The unit had lots of issues, clearly no quality control in use. Then they jerked me around for weeks on the return, calling and emailing to endless dead-ends and lies from people who don’t speak English well enough to get your email or phone # correct. Never, never again.

Appalling attitude towards customers. I'll never use them again

I ordered a twin phone, like the previous review I kept checking for delivery and the date was always pushed forward. I telephoned them and spoke to Mark Cryer (corporate account manager) for a refund, he said he would process it and I will receive it but when I checked my bank the more money came out of my account.
I have emailed them twice and have not had a reply.
Do not try to buy from them.

I ordered a sound bar from this company 3 WEEKS AGO, as it appeared to be the cheapest option. I called them up today to ask where it is (it kept saying "in progress" on the online orders tracker) and the bloke on the phone said they hadn't been able to send it to me because the price had increased. Apparently rather than contact me to ask whether I minded paying the higher price, they simply waited for me to call them. When asked WHY they hadn't contacted me when the onus was on them to do so, he simply said they "hadn't got around to it". And upon being asked how long it usually takes to fire off a quick email to a customer, he said (and these are his exact words) "How long's a piece of string?" - and that was when I lost my temper.

I've now been the last three weeks without working speakers on my computer, simply because I wasn't important enough for a company to send me a notification (which should have been automated) that the price on an item had changed. Maybe it's because I only ordered one of them, and most of their customers are businesses making bulk orders. But if these people are even half as unprofessional with their business customers as they are with home users, it is NOT worth doing business with them. Find another supplier.

I would rather use a glass bottle to do my business than do business with this company. The item was not in stock. The order date kept changing. It was difficult to cancel the order. They send no confirmation of cancelation.

Catastrophically poor service.
Ordered four SSDs "next-day delivery" 10am on December 31st, expecting them to arrive one or two working days into the new year, they sat on the order doing nothing with it for two working days without contacting me; when I contacted them they put the price up twenty quid and promised me next day delivery once again; the following day they were still not shipped yet.
Scheduled downtime for my server is approaching and still no disks; I've cancelled the order now and ordered from elsewhere so that the work can proceed and the server put back into service in a timely fashion.
Henceforth I'll endeavour to deal only with suppliers that are honest and competent; this one is neither.

I tried to buy a 75" brand new Samsung LED TV from Insight after their website showed a much lower price than any other retailer, a few days later, I got an email from "Pero Drljevic" letting me know that as my delivery address was different from my billing address (I'm a landlord), I had failed security even though I had passed all the verification with my bank. I was told that if I still wanted the order I needed to send the money by bank transfer to them and they gave me some bank account details on an email which seemed extremely weird, dodgy and unprofessional for a company to do. I exchanged a few more emails with "Pero" before calling Customer Service as "Pero" recommended. After calling Insight, Martin at Sales told me that there wasn't a Customer Service department and tried to mislead me by telling me that the payment should be done by bank Transfer to protect me, the customer. After I made him aware that I wouldn't have any protection from my bank under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act if I never received the TV, he stopped trying to mislead me with wrong information but still kept pushing on how a bank transfer was the only way I was able to make the payment to buy the TV. After the call, I decided to do some more research and I found all these reviews, which made me realise the type of company they are and why they decline my payment and kept pushing me to pay by bank transfer. Shocking how a business like this could be in business.

Awful - Do not use! Ordered items 2 weeks ago and paid £10 for next day delivery, items never arrived. Chased a week later - apparently there was a warehouse issue. Asked them to send it out and they told me the items had now gone up in price and wanted an extra £30 to release the order! Even though the reason why it wasnt delivered in the first place was an Insight warehouse issue! Asked them to escalate and they did honour the original price and said the items would be sent - 3 days later no goods and no response to e-mail. Terrible service - AVOID.

I ordered a monitor from insight in September this year. They never deliver the monitor but told me that it has delivered after I have called many times. The reason I must call many times is that it is soooo difficult to get through. After a very long-time investigation, they admitted that they didn't deliver the monitor and promised to send me another one. Now, it is the end of the year, and I still don't have it. Try everything you can to avoid this company. It is so bad.

Terrible customer service, sent three messages with no reply.

They advertise things to be in stock, bill you for next day delivery, then send nothing, they do not have them in stock. Apparently their web site is not in sync with actual stock. Ironic for a global technology company.

I changed the order for an alternative item, which is definitely in stock, confirmed by one of their team. Despite paying for next day delivery, the item has not yet been shipped and still no response to any of my messages.

To make things worse they have not cancelled the first order I placed (they said they would do this), I now have two orders pending, two invoices and I only need one.

I am a returning customer for Insight, many years have passed and they have certainly gone down hill.....a long way down hill.

I am very disappointed by the service provided, not sure how you could trust them with your IT solutions, they are slow and cumbersome.

As with most other reviews. This company is a borderline scam, if not full out scam. I came here, read the reviews but stupidly attempted to make an order anyway. I make an order for an item that was cheaper at insight than anywhere else with "Next day delivery" selected. Lo and behold, I receive an email explaining that "Due to company policy, we can not bill and deliver to two different address, please advise as to which address to ship and bill to." (obvious question is why supply a billing and delivery address as different entities in the first place) So I supply a single address. Two days later I log in to see the billing and shipping address is the opposite address I stated in the email. I request to cancel the order knowing that if this item does get shipped, it will ship next year. It didn't get shipped. Nor did it get cancelled. A couple of days later I receive another email from a different person: "There was a pricing error, the actual price of the item is x". Significantly more than the agreed on purchase price. So I request to cancel the order and it was eventually cancelled.
The entire process was a waste of my time and also a waste of time and resources on their part. Imagine having two workers having to email every single potential customer for a single electronic appliance purchase. How this company remains profitable is beyond me. I suspect they're running some sort of troll farm, laughing and giggling behind their computer screens, watching the world burn

Complete joke of a company. Ordered a 2021 iPad, and paid next day delivery. Was showing 5 in stock. I ordered on the Friday, and I even phoned to check the stock levels were correct, so not to waste my time in ordering, and he said 'absolutely yet, there are 5 in stock'. Then emailed today (Monday) to check it was arriving today, to be told, 'yes it will be with you by end of play today'. But checked on the account, still shows 'in progress/not dispatched'. So I replied to say so, and he said oh, we are out of stock now, it will arrive in February!! Erm.... but you already said it was arriving today?!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They now have over £300 of my hard earned money, right before Christmas, and I need to get it back asap, so I can reorder elsewhere.

Ordered.... charge made to my card but then nothing. No communication no response to emails. Called and was told 'sorry' but no other help. Have blocked card payment and ordered elsewhere.

I had to use this company to get a laptop through university. As its the only place I could order from for my bursary. 4 weeks later and they keep pushing the delivery date to another day over and over and over again. My laptop BAG came but my MACBOOK AND MONITOR are nowhere to be seen. Worst company of all time! it's full of bullcrap!

Worst company I have ever experinced, extreamly poor coustomer service. For Any partners/ comming partners to this company, DO NOT USE!! For private customers read All rewives, the rewives that gives one(1) STAR is correct! They can NOT HELP you, not even reset password.

It's a nightmare. The order was made since two months ago and I have not received that order until now. I have contracted via email, Facebook, tweeter or even calling. No one from this company help me. it's a scam.

Not truthful - wil not use again - they are a resller
