Dear Sarah, we apologize that the provided meals on board did not fulfill your expectations and left such a bad impression on your holiday experience with us. The sooner we receive such feedback, the quicker we can act in accommodating improvements. We are happy to confirm that since your tour with us in June 2025, we have been made aware of the circumstances and have applied the necessary improvements to the catering on board with great success.
The cabin details of each individual boat in our portfolio can be found on our website along with an interactive visual representation of the varying cabin types. For a more spacious experience, we can confidently recommend you our boats in the Deluxe Category and above.
We hope you were able to enjoy the provided cycling tours and the local impressions of your holiday destination with us. We hope that these impressions and the memories made together with your travel group on board remain a positive aspect of your tour experience.

Boats and staff are great Bikes are Horrible.
have done 5 trips with Island Hoppers AKA inselhuepfen. 2 on the Croatian Coast. The higher end boats are gorgeous, the staff wonderful. The bikes are horrid. They’ve been the same heavy crappy bikes for a decade. They weren’t all that great to begin with. The staff tries to do maintenance but there’s only so much they can do. Bikes break down often.
When we’ve complained we were told to reserve and pay for a better bike. We have tried that the last 2 times. On arrival we were told there weren’t any available.
Seeing a country by bike is wonderful. Until inselhuepfen replaces the bikes we will not be going again.

This trip of Island Hopping in Croatia was a dream come true…The staff were exceptionally great at their job..The weather was superb and the passengers made me, a solo traveler comfortably included in all activities…God Bless all those who made me smile and feel good ….I hope I did the same for them…

Eigentlich war alles super
Eigentlich war alles super, wie immer.
Allerdings bin ich es schon langsam leid, dass es diesmal nicht nur 50%, sondern 95% englischsprachige Gäste aus Übersee hatte.
Bin mit der Antwort nicht zufrieden. Ich habe nichts gegen internationale Gäste. Aber ich wäre froh, wenn man im Voraus darüber informiert würde, dass wir die einzigen deutschsprachigen Gäste sind. Zwei weitere waren aus den Niederlanden. Alle andern aus Kanada oder den USA. Und v. a. wenn darunter die Hälfte eine in sich geschlossene Gruppe war
Die anderen 4 Reisen waren diesbezüglich etwas ausgewogener,

Preislich an der Grenze
Wir waren bereits das 5. Mal mit Ihrem Unternehmen bzw. mit Inselhüpfen in Kroatien. Negativ aufgefallen sind uns die sehr hohe Preissteigerung und dass wir die Reiseunterlagen nun in englischer Sprache erhalten. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist die hilfsbereite Crew mit ihrem exzellenten Koch Mario. Als Reiseleiter bzw. Tourenleiter waren wir mit Dominik sehr zufrieden. Manuel haben wir aufgrund seines Unfalls verständlicherweise etwas weniger gespürt. Fällt ein Reiseleiter aus, so sollte das weitere Vorgehen besser kommuniziert werden. Ich habe bei den meisten Tour den "Besenwagen" übernommen. Speziell gefreut hat mich, dass dies von Dominik mit einem Trikot verdankt wurde.

Dass Sie die Reiseunterlagen in englischer Sprache erhalten haben, tut uns sehr leid.
Gerne können Sie diese jederzeit in deutscher Sprache anfordern. Wir haben dies im System entsprechend angepasst und werden künftig darauf achten, die Unterlagen nur noch in deutscher Sprache zu versenden.
Die von Ihnen erwähnte Preissteigerung ist uns bewusst und resultiert leider aus gestiegenen Kosten in vielen Bereichen. Insbesondere bei Personal, Logistik und nachhaltigem Tourismus. Dennoch bemühen wir uns stets, unseren Gästen ein möglichst ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu bieten.
Wir freuen uns riesig, dass Sie schon so oft mit uns gereist sind und hoffen, Sie auch nächstes Jahr auf einem unserer Schiffe begrüßen zu können.

Das Boot war toll
Das Boot war toll, bis auf die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten an Deck.
Als Badestopps hätten wir uns kleinere Buchten gewünscht. Die Fahrräder waren top. Die beiden Guides und das Schiffspersonal sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Tolle E-Bike and Boattour über die wunderschönen Sporaden
Bei Buchung und Reise hat alles super geklappt. Sehr kompetente und freundliche Crew und Tourenleitung an Board. Die nördlichen Sporaden sind fantastisch schön, das Wasser glasklar. Die sehr hügligen Biketouren sind mit E-Bikes gut zu bewältigen. Der Motorsegler Erato ist sehr schön und funktional, der Lärm des Generators und der AC gehört halt dazu.

We hadden een fantastische tijd op de Andela Lora : elke dag fietstocht op een ander eiland, prima fietsen en begeleiding, lekker eten, internationaal gezelschap (oa veel Amerikanen). Hut viel ook goed mee .
(wel wat last van luidruchtige motoren tijdens maaltijden op bovendek achteraan).
Ook gidsen tijdens bezoek aan stadjes.
