I ordered the Dimplex X1b Electric Fire. It arrived very quickly but there were a couple of marks on the glass. I phoned the company and Andrew was extremely helpful. A new fire was sent to me and the faulty one collected at the same time. Andrew contacted me to make sure all was ok. I am delighted with the fire and would thoroughly recommend the company.

I looked on several sites for the Dimplex Electric Stove which I purchased, and Innovate gave the best price and the most useful information. I ordered on Monday and the stove was delivered the following day - well packaged, and with a courtesy email to follow asking if there had been any problems. Can't fault this supplier, wish I had discovered them earlier as I have spent a great deal of time and money on a couple of refurb projects!
