We appreciate the inconvenience this will have caused. We take the delivery and collection of hire equipment very seriously and are sorry we had to reschedule the delivery of your order due to this error.
We are glad we were able to coordinate a shipment of replacement equipment with you on a rescheduled service but appreciate this is only a consolation in this case. Thank you for leaving us your feedback.

Customer service was quick to answer each time and the courier service was helpful although better time slots would be great.
First time using sunbelt and will definitely use then in the future.

Prompt response to our initial enquiry and our order was processed quickly with e-mail updates on the order confirmation, preparation and shipping. E-mail updates from your courier service FedEx for the collection, shipment and delivery were very also very good.
