SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

I needed my external hard drive fixed so I came to them beginning of August 2023. They said they will try to fix it but can't guarantee 100%. I left my broken hard drive and a perfectly working one so they can backup my data.

After a month of back and forth poor communication from their side, I was told they couldn't fix it. Still paid £160 for the try to repair. They said they can send my hard drives to a tech lab for them to extract my data and put it on the good working hard drive.

After 6 months of trying to get an info about my hard drives they finally came back to me that nothing was repaired. I said I want my both hard drives back because this is ridiculous now.

They said they are ready to collect and when I came to their shop the good working hard drive was in pieces, missing the casing, etc. Why did they even touch the good hard drive anyway????

I said I am not happy with that and I want it back in original condition that I gave them in. After a week and me 3 times going there, still nothing.

They offered to buy me a new hard drive to replace the broken one and I accepted.

Day after they tried to scam me by giving me a second hand one and not a new one. At this point I didn't want them to do anything because they have been lying and scamming me the whole time. I wanted money refund in the value of new hard drive.

Company director went absolutely CRAZY at me. That I am not going to get anything, that I will be thrown out of the shop if I show up.

ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS.
NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND SCAM THE LIFE OUT OF YOU.

This printers hires employees to stand alone in the shop without any knowledge. They need to be on the phone to the boss to do simple tasks like resizing a file. We were trying to print certificates and were advised to not look at the thicker paper because it was "too thick" then when the prints came out they were flimsy and poor quality although we paid a massive amount for them. They took no ownership of this, claiming we had agreed to the paper. Even though they shouldn't be giving professional advice if they are clearly not professionals. Avoid

This company serves as an handling agent for DHL. I have used them a few times and the service is generally poor. I always need to chase them to send me the DHL waybill to enable me track shipments. My last experience was particularly bad, I dropped off a shipment which needed to go to the US on a Saturday evening knowing it wouldn’t get booked for DHL pick up until the following Monday, I paid for an express service I was tricked into. Inexplicably, this parcel did not get booked on the DHL system for pick up until mid day on the Wednesday and this was after I chased severally

Best graphic design services I have received. The printing services was excellent and swift. I can't fail anything I received.

Bad bad bad. Told me they could scan my art and they damaged it so badly I lost my sale. The scan was done in pieces and knitted together so I cannot print from it. They did not care they had ruined my work and would not even refund me the cost of the scan. Terrible service.

DHL Service Point.Best Service Point I have ever used. The customer service was phenomenal. The advice received was to the point. The parcel arrived the b=next day in the morning safe and sound. I will be coming back to do some printing and some photo shop artwork editing. I am an artist by trade and I will recommend Inkhive Printers to any professional. 10 Stars!

Still Thieves!!!! This the 2nd time there don't tell you when your pictures are done. The 2nd time after 8 months I went there to retrieve my picture they can't find and say after 3months they don't have to hold it and refuse to give me deposits. So must have sold as it was valuable to me. They can't do simple printing and framing it takes months to do and very thet are very rude and unprofessional manner. I will be taking it further and police involved as its theft.

Great Service and sameday print. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I will come back for more business. I will recommend anyone to use them.

rude people, bad service, end of story.

purchased Forest Pro, could not get it to work. When i compressed files and tried to upload to Word Press, It would constantly say, Upload failed there was no data data unknown, Contacted support. They were good to a point, but nothing they said worked. They even had an update for me. that failed too. This has been going on for two weeks.Then they ( Inkhive) asked to get into my domain info, which has all of our credit card info. I refused. I asked for a refund. have not heard from them since. Buyer beware. They are not to be trusted. Go another route. One word. TERRIBLE

I have dealt with inkhive printers for a while. Initially I was enquiring about getting some artwork done and branding of a product which they delivered over my expectations and impressed my company director with the product result and relatively short turnaround. I would recommend them to any established business or in fact a start-up business.
