Good product, great customer service
I've been using InkFarm for the past 3 or 4 years, and have never had any problem with the product. Seems to work just like the cartridges made by the printer manufacturer, but WAY cheaper. I had always ordered online, and had never dealt with customer service. I'm now replacing my printer and so will need different cartridges for the new printer. I couldn't find the product number on their website, so I called customer service. First, I didn't press any numbers to speak to a representative. I was on hold for a few minutes, but then somebody picked up and didn't have to transfer me to anybody else to get my questions answered. She was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Then, SHE OFFERED TO SEND ME A RETURN LABEL SO I COULD RETURN THE UNUSED CARTRIDGES FROM MY OLD PRINTER and they'll issue me a refund! BAM! That's how to do customer service! Could they please hold a training session for every other business in the world to show them how that works? Because NOBODY else seems to understand that. Signed, Customer for Life.

I called about a wrong cartridge being sent and that I had trouble with two others. I have been using inkjet printers for over 20 years, and time to time things happen. The InkFarm representative was courteous and besides correcting the wrong cartridge replaced the two I was having trouble with, To me that is great service.

Short term gain, long term disaster
We ordered the cartridges for our HP OfficeJet Pro in Feb 2020 and the cartridges worked when we received them. However, one of the cartridges developed a leak and has ruined the printer. I purchased a genuine HP cartridge to replace the leaking one and printer is still inoperable. At this point, would say that the savings vs genuine was not worth it.

Compatibility and life issues.
Both the black and color cartridges never worked reliably in my HP C4180 Photosmart printer. Inkfarm quickly replaced the color cartridge and the new one also gave compatibility problems and quickly ran out of ink.

Inferior ink levels in Cartridges.
Upon receiving my ink cartridges I installed the 3 colors and performed 2 nozzle cleanings. My ink level in cyan went to ½, yellow went to ½, and magenta went to ¼. What is up with the quantity initially supplied in these cartridges. I have ordered ink from Ink Farm several times in the past and this has never happened before. Two of the cartridges have labels that are the same as cartridges seen on Amazon at a much cheaper price. I feel I have been cheated and will have to buy more ink in a short amount of time. Ink Farm needs to make this good so that I will keep using Ink Farm in the future. I have emailed and submitted a complaint to Ink Farm already and am waited for them to respond and make this right.

Very unhappy with INKFARM
Very unhappy with INKFARM, 9 days and counting, still have not received my package. They blame it on the pandemic however i work with UPS- FEDX- Amazon everyday and no issues due to pandemic.

Will never order from these morons…
Will never order from these morons again. I've ordered several times over the last couple of years and every time, most of the cartridges don't work. I just ordered a package that included four magenta cartridges for my Epson WorkForce 500, and not one of the magenta worked. They're simply dirt bags who need to be sued and put out of business. I can't wait to see their company go down in flames and every mfer that works there unemployed and starving.

Not impressed
Not impressed. First, the items shipped were not correct. Second, some the the cartridges installed have not worked properly. While the prices are good, If you don't get what you ordered and they all don't work, not a very good deal!!

Nearly two weeks ago I asked about…
Nearly two weeks ago I asked about returning the three Canon ink cartridges that I bought on line, as the one I tried would not print well; always the first several lines were not clear on every page I printed. Useless. I said I would scan some of these pages and send the scans if wanted.
There has been no reply of any kind. Product and service not acceptable.
A day later, today, I did get a reply and Inkfarm is sending a prepaid label for me to return the cartridges for a refund, as all of their re-manufactured, and compatible cartridges come with a two year warranty, and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Excellent service. Maybe I should have tried the other two cartridges before complaining.
