Absolutely amazing dealership. Dev helped me through buying a w204 c220, he was happy to help with any questions and didn't pressure me at all. Infinity motors go above and beyond with a car prep before hand to make sure you receive a fully working car. Its much much more than a service allowing the car to pass a flawless MOT and for a couple of hundred quid I think its great. Thanks again to Dev and the team I will be coming back in the future!

Very pleasant team when buying a car but the after customer service is very poor.
Sales team did not complete dvla paperwork as they advised until 21 days after following me having to make several phone calls

Customer service after sales are diabolical. Say they have tried calling when they haven't. Issues with the car are not being resolved in a time scale am happy with. As they say they are too busy. Have actually told them am refusing the car under my consumer rights.. This they have also refused. Now waiting to see what they suggest next. But am not amending this until a satisfactory outcome has been made.. Amendment... Have rejected the car due to lack of contact from garage to sort out the problems with it. Buyers please be aware. They are happy to sell you a car but after sales are a nightmare... Bunch of cowboys

I reached out to infinity motors after spotting a car online that I really liked the look of. I was worried that I’d loose out on the car as I wasn’t able to view until the weekend. I spoke to Shawn Pires who arranged me reserving the car (fully refundable should I have changed my mind). Viewed at the weekend and LOVED it. Shawn was very knowledgeable and ensured my concerns were addressed before I arranged to collect. All the team are fantastic, they’re a friendly bunch, not pushy and genuinely care. I purchased a car in February. Cannot fault the exceptional way the staff health with me. Purchasing was made easy. The staff were very professional. After a couple of weeks I then had issues with the engine management light coming on. Twice when coming back from Birmingham. It seems to be when the engine gets hot. I was told at time of purchase that even though it had done 70000 miles it had a new engine. When I got the invoice it was for a top end rebuild not a new engine. The engine management light was down to an oil leak on the cam cover and the cam belt sensor. Again they were very good. Had it fixed at a local garage and infinity motors covered the cost. Hopefully all sorted. Unfortunately I'm mid May the engine management light came on again, spoke to infinity motors, but unfortunately could not wait as needed car for work. It turns out this intermittent fault was the throttle sensor. Sometimes on sometimes off. Sometimes it was like running on two cylinders with very little power. Got local garage to clear the management light and started to run okish. I had some dates to take the car to infinity motors which I couldn't attend, even though I thought a bit strange being as the car is not running right. I now have a date to take it to Swindon for diagnostic check. Hopefully they can sort it out before I have to pursue other options. I have had the car 5 months with intermittent problems. Although after sales do contact me they can be a bit slow. Hopefully by July 17th it will be sorted!!
