I enrolled my daughter in Infinity Learn's Class 12 CBSE Board Coaching Program only after their counsellor assured us during the analysis session that classes would be scheduled according to her school timings. We clearly informed them that she would be available only after school hours and required coaching only for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Based on these assurances, we paid ₹35,400.

After payment, everything changed. The classes were scheduled during her school hours, making it impossible for her to attend. To make matters worse, Biology was added even though we had never requested it.

We immediately raised the issue and requested either a revised schedule or a refund. Instead of resolving the problem, Infinity Learn denied our refund request and later sent an email stating that my daughter had attended only two classes and encouraged her to attend future classes. This completely ignores the fact that the classes themselves were scheduled while she was in school. No student can be expected to skip regular school to attend online coaching.

Their email also referred to a discussion that supposedly took place over a phone call. No such discussion regarding any resolution ever took place with us.

We escalated the matter to their Grievance Cell. They acknowledged our complaint on 13 June 2026, but even after more than two weeks, no resolution, explanation, or corrective action has been provided.

Our experience has been that the assurances given before payment were not honoured after enrolment. The grievance process has been slow and ineffective, and customer concerns have not been addressed satisfactorily.

I strongly advise parents to obtain every commitment in writing and verify the actual class schedule before making any payment. Our experience has been extremely disappointing.

One of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. Getting admitted was easy, but getting a genuine refund request addressed has been an exhausting ordeal. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved, forcing me to file a consumer complaint.
A company's true values are reflected not in how they enroll students, but in how they treat customers when problems arise. My experience has left me completely disappointed.
If my refund is processed and the matter is resolved satisfactorily, I will update this review accordingly. Until then, I urge every parent to ask detailed questions about the refund policy, get every promise in writing, and think twice before enrolling.

This is disappointing to know that infinity learn by Sri Chaitanya is a not a good platform to enroll your child for futher studies as I who paid for 4 years course from 9th grade to 12th grade had promised us if we didn't like the course or the way the teachers teach they will refund the money back to us or provide us the study material but this is not true . It is a very big trap as this institution hasn't provided us with anything . They had made us fall for their false commitment . We have made them aware by contacting through e-mail and through phone for one year but refused to pay us back .

I enrolled my brother for the Class 9 CBSE course. What I liked most is the regular assessments and personalized feedback. The teachers don't just teach the chapter; they also guide students on how to approach exam questions and avoid common mistakes. His marks in Mathematics improved from around 70% to above 85% in the recent school exams.

One of the worst online platform. They never refund your money, what ever is your problem.They force you to register on online call within one hour.Illegal sell practise

They are terrible; they lure you in with smooth talk and swindle your money, but when you ask for a refund, they keep stalling. I lost ₹30,000 in their trap. They are a fraud—no one should trust them; just teach your children at home.

Beware of fake refund promises and endless customer support loops!
:Do not trust the sales team at Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya. They explicitly promise a hassle-free refund if the classes do not work out for you. However, once you actually try to claim it, their system is designed to ignore you and run out the clock.I requested a refund well within their official refund period because the classes were not working for me. What followed was an absolute nightmare of customer service loops:

False Assurances: At first, a representative explicitly told me that they would process my refund.Ghosting & Contradictions: A few days later, I received a blunt email stating my refund could not be processed—with absolutely zero background or justification as to why.
The Calling Trap: I received multiple calls asking me about my issue. Every single time, I was transferred to someone new and forced to repeat the entire story from scratch.It is incredibly frustrating. They keep routing you through different people until you get completely fed up with calling them. This platform happily takes your money but shuts the door the moment you ask them to honor their own policy.

Strongly avoid. Do not pay them a single rupee based on their "money-back guarantee" promises, as they have no intention of honoring them.

My experience with Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya was very bad, Their refund policy is very poor, they insisted for making payment for holding the sheet. Ipaid them Rs 3000/- then I decided not to go for admission process and request for refund of my paid amount but they have not yet refunded the fund and also not picking my calls. I still trying to contact them for refund.

They Know how to cheat the parents very well. They have worst platform and they will not even respond once they get the amount. Please don't join this fraud online classes. The entire team sitting in Madhapur are operating this to loot the amount from parents.

Worst Experience faced with Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya!!!
I am writing this review to warn other parents about the fraudulent refund practices of this platform. I purchased an online course on 29th April but decided to cancel the classes due to conflict with the offline classes of my son a week later. We did not attend more than 10 classes, and they are charging for first EMI plan. Despite my continuous efforts in reaching the team for cancellation they are trying to ignore the messages and calls. The sales team did not give any information about Refund policies while joining the course, but after joining, communication became very poor and arrogant. Really frustrating and worst experience with the team taking away hard-earned money of parents.

Fraud people, eating the hard earned money of parents n putting the children’s future at risk, fake promises made, be aware of such fraud platforms, customer support are the worst nightmare. This people eat the money of poor people I should have never trusted their promises of cancellation, they don’t refund the money back, my biggest mistake was trusting them n not checking the review, let’s all unite n take a step against this fraud people, all those who have been wronged let’s come togather

One of the worst management. I feel regrated and cheated by taking admission to the course. Customer support is really pathetic. No proper communication once u enroll for course.

I am writing this review to warn other parents about the deceptive marketing and highly toxic, unprofessional behavior of Infinity Chaitanya (Hyderabad). Do not fall for their polished sales pitches.
Here is the exact reality of how they operate:
The "Demo Class" Trap 🎪: They arranged a demo class which seemed quite okay. I was genuinely minded to enroll my Grade 7 kid. However, knowing how these corporate tuition setups work, I put down a very reasonable and standard condition: I wanted a short demo with the ACTUAL tutor who would be teaching my child day-to-day.
The Massive Red Flag 🚩: They flatly DENIED this request. They started making absurd excuses, claiming that if they gave a demo and my kid didn't enroll, it would create a "bad impact on other kids." What kind of logic is this? If you are confident in your teachers, why hide them?
Arrogance Instead of Accountability 🛑: When I stood my ground on this basic transparency requirement, their sales team got completely furious. They lost all corporate etiquette and started bragging: "We have millions of students, we have a reputation, our organization does not allow such demos!" If you have millions of students, does that mean individual parent satisfaction and transparency don't matter to you?
Vindictive & Unprofessional Behavior 🤮: The moment I officially rejected their offer and refused to enroll my child, their true colors came out. They started acting incredibly petty, throwing tantrums, and exhibiting highly unprofessional behavior just because a parent exercised their right to say "No" to a shady contract.
Main Takeaway for Parents 👇:
They use their best "converter" teachers to lure you in during the initial demo, but when it comes to the actual tutor who will handle your child, they hide them behind a wall of arrogance. They are chasing sales targets and numbers, not quality education.
Extremely disappointed with their attitude. Parents, please protect your hard-earned money and your child's peace of mind. Do not get trapped by their marketing gimmicks! ❌👎

good classes .. good teachers

Infinity Learn is a fraudster group. I agreed upon a batch with a date, but their later stage team forced to join earlier batch, where I have never agreed upon. They came up as a Subsidiary of Sri Chaitanya by Infinity Learn. They have a policy of 7 days refund. But when I emailed them to refund as my terms are not met, they straight away denied the refund. Mentioned the name as Luv Kumar Head of Finance & refund, he straight away arrogantly denied over phone(have all the recordings against them). I am reporting this fraud activity to the Government of India as Infinity Learn is taking advantage of many parents.
