Terrible service.
I ordered a necklace on the 5th of december as a christmas present for my wife I recieved and email later on the same day to say the order was being processed . Fast forward 2 weeks and still no necklace. I emailed on multiple occasions to find out what was going on but had no response each time. The day after boxing day I had another email to say my order was being processed? Again ??? . I have again sent multiple emails and had no reply. I has now been a month with not so much as an update or an apology and still no necklace .

I would strongly recommend that you think twice before using this company.

Made an order for Christmas, when asked if I couldn't get it in time they just cancelled my order
When trying to workout what was going on I ordered else where and got my item before they even replied to my email. They reinstated my order and said that the only way I could get a full refund was if I removed my negative review on here, which I did but it's back now.

I stated my consumer rights, which I was told didn't apply to me, in so many words. I was only entitled to 50% back, which wasn't what my legal rights say.

These people don't follow UK and EU consumer laws. I was lucky to get my money back, don't try your luck, just use someone else.

Update on my previous review.
The item I ordered on the 18th of November as a Christmas present was finally dispatched on the 24th of December.
I have now got a tracking number at least.
If you want your Christmas presents for next year I’d order now.
I’m never ever ordering Anything from them again.

Not quite sure how this company are still allowed to be taking orders. I will be reporting them to trading standards & reporting them to my bank. I placed an order on 3.13.19- 26 DAYS AGO!! Had a BS email about them having to re make my order when it came to quality check but that was 2 weeks ago. This was quite obviously a Christmas present , so I had an embarrassing morning explaining why a family member didn’t get a present from myself. I only ordered from this website as a girl I work with had the necklace I ordered and it was lovely and she said she had no problems. But would highly reccomend people not to order from them. Makes things a million times worse as they don’t respond to your emails and if they do it’s a load of crap! - also a tracking code they sent me does not work on Royal Mail.

I have not experienced what everyone else is writing I received my order before Christmas and I am very happy with it! My dad loves it. I emailed asking a question on how to order more links to a bracelet and they got back to me within 2 days I personally can’t fault them.

I ordered a personalised necklace on the 5th December 2019 via Ineffabless.co.uk , with the clear indication that I would receive the gift no later than 20th December. Perfect I thought..
I grew concerned by the 19th Dec, having had no order status update, or any communication since my PayPal payment for that matter and 20th December passed with no delivery. I emailed Ineffabless twice and received no response.
It once only when I complained via their Instagram account that I heard anything. I subsequently received an email on the 21st December 2019 stating that I will receive the necklace within the next 7- 15 working days!
Terrible service. Absolutely shambolic. I really wished I'd read all these reviews first as the website looks professional enough to trust. I'll never buy anything from Ineffabless again.
Avoid them to avoid disappointment.

I purchased a beautiful ring with 2 different colored stones 2 names engraved either side of the stones and engraving inside the band it was a Christmas present from my partner the ring is stunning. I totally recommend purchasing from this company. Very Happy Customer. Thank you so much

I bought a bracelet for my sister for Christmas and was worried when I saw the review. My sister loved the bracelet ring. Great bracelet!

I would give no stars if I could! Absolutely disgusting customer service. They do not reply for days to emails and when they do you are brushed off with ‘we’ll send your tracking number later’ we spent over £50 for a bracelet and the money was taken immediately over three weeks ago. We ordered on December 2nd as the website still said that things would arrive before Christmas. I now have a very upset mother with no present. They don’t care about their customers. I wished I read these reviews before purchasing. I have emailed asking for a full refund and bet I don’t get a reply from that for days. Disgusting.

Ordered a item of here for christmas, it was done on 2nd december, my partner is missing her main present now, I can accept the delivery being late but the fact they took my money before it being out for delivery is disgusting, exchanged emails with them and all they have offered me is delivery charge compensation, utter disgrace, do not order from these !

My husband ordered a necklace from this company at the beginning of December. The email states 3-5 to receive the item. After 10 days without notification the item had been sent he emailed them. After a random response as to why the order had not been shipped we requested a refund. We waited the 1-3 days for the money to go into our account. After 4 days we emailed them again and the response was ‘check your account’. I gave them until 9am the next day for them to refund the money, they did not do this. We only got our money back because we lodged a complaint with our bank. To make this worse the necklace was meant to be my Christmas present.

I have written a review and they have since reported it! I have noticed they are reporting all comments that are negative to there fraudulent company. They promised me the product and a full refund and they keep changing there mind everytime j leave another review because they won’t cooperate with me!!! Here’s the review!!!

placed my order on December 13th and payed $18.95 for shipping, I was supposed to receive it in 3-5 business days, it’s now the 24th in December and i have yet to receive my mother’s 80 dollar gift!!!! I wouldn’t have paid almost $20 on shipping if i wasn’t going to get the product in a timely manner. It’s been 11 days. And Christmas is tomorrow. This was a gift for my mother and she’s not even going to get it in time for Christmas!!!!! I ordered this over a week ago.

GIVE ME MY ORDER NOW IN 1 DAY SHIPPING AND REFUND ME THE $20 i spent on the shipping and give me the order for the on sale price which was 34 dollars!!!! I paid 80 I will receive a refund and only be charged the 34 because if not I’m going to contact my bank and get a full refund AND YOULL HAVE TO GIVE ME THE NECKLACE FOR FREE! That’s what happened to the bathing suits. I got them all free and they were all trashy material. Scams like this literally sell awful products that are cheesy! There’s no way in hell im paying full price for something that didn’t even get here in the promised shipping period! They didn’t even send me a email saying it’s mailed out! I will be contacting my bank account since this company is a scam! I read all your reviews, this company is clearly a fraud and my bank account is going to contact fraud services and they are going to take your company down. Give me what I paid for and if it’s not here for Christmas you will regret it. I want to speak to corporate as well. I’m beyond outraged right now.

They have emailed me back and haven’t answered any of my questions! They just keep repeating themselves and not making any sense. I asked for a refund and for my product to be shipped ASAP and they are telling me they can’t but then they told me they could. THEY ARE A SCAM! And they keep begging me to take my review down! They even said “you want your product we want the review taken down” this isn’t a Negotiation! I paid for the product already so give it to me damnit. We WOULDNT be here if it was sent when it was SUPPOSED TO BE!

They promised me a refund and the product and now the company is threatening me to take my review down or they won’t send the product. But they already promised me the product and a full refund. And they asked me nicely to take the review down; when i told them i wasn’t going to until i received my product they are now going back on there word telling me they won’t send it unless I delete it. But this isn’t a Negotiation. They also blocked my email from emailing them which is so unprofessional!!!!! STEER ABSOLUTELY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! THEY are a FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!

This company is a disgrace. I placed my order on the 3rd December and still have no item which should have been a christmas present!!! I have emailed the company 4 times and still no reply. It is no Christmas eve and no gift for my family member.
The customer service is shocking and I have never experienced this with any company. I have ordered the same item since from another company which delivered within the same week. I honestly dont know how this company is trading. Being self employed myself customer service is everything and you fail to provide this. Ignorance is an understatement.

I would have given Zero if it was an option.

I ordered this item on the 2/12/19 and paid for delivery to ensure it would be delivered well within the time frame for a Xmas present.

Firstly I had to send 3 emails to actually get them to reply stating they had got my order and that it was on its way, this was after 10 days mind you when manufacturing times states it only takes between 2-5.

Then they said it’s on it’s way we just “forgot” to notify you, but then it still took them 2 days to send me a tracking number after I requested it. You can tell from The tracking details online That they obviously forgot my order and it took those 2 days to make the item and then get to post.

Ive since sent another 3 emails asking for updates on this item to which they simply won’t respond.

Absolutely useless...

I’ve seen better service from Medicare and Telstra which means a lot...

Stay away from these guys, complete and utter useless

****whats ready interesting is whilst reviewing the below posts and reviews I’ve noticed that these id##ts have only replied to the people that have them good reviews (which is only 3) yet their response is the same vague BS for each customer review.... just another example of their absolute vacant level of service and support.

I also see they are getting negative reviews removed and blocked!! Obviously another attempt by a p#ss poor service provider to try and keep face so they can rip off more people.....

Whilst I have now received a reply from Ineffabless I would again like to point out that it has taken 5 emails and then resorting to posting this review for you to actually take the time to reply.
Also to note I have asked 3 times for a refund which you have again ignored Previously and failed to reply.
What I actually want is an indication of delivery time and at the very least my delivery fee refunded.!!!

put order in on dec 7th,and after 20 emails,19 of which are from me,i have no clue if or when ill get my order or money. Probably neither,someone with the official authority needs to shut this scam down completely,but i guess anyone in that position has prob been bougnt off to look the other way. IM NOT UPDATING,IM PUTTING A ADD ON. I just in response to the reply they gave created a log in and entered their site,under my account,my orders, guess what it says i havent ordered anything,wow,keeps getting better and better. I would almott bet you that people get so fed up with trying to get info on their orders they finally say the hell with it and just let this 2 bit operation have the money,not realizing were making someone millionaires. You would think there would be a law to stop this kind of scam.

Total agree with all the bad reviews, this company is making my blood boil.
Had one reply after I asked when I would receive my order, to be told it's in production and they couldn't tell me any more than that.
What company in this day an age cant tell when when it going to be out of production.

Just to add further information from when I posted this on the 23rd ,my order was placed on the 15th Dec and I still have not yet received as of 6th Jan.

Yeah same here. Processing time on Australian website says 1-2 business days (but mostly 24 hours). It was 9-10 business days of processing before it was supposedly sent on the 11th day. They say they posted it last Wed but the tracking number doesn't work with Aus Post!
Under the Consumer Act law, they have to provide you with options and a 50% refund with me paying the shipping is not on. Don't settle for less people. Document all your evidence, print screen the processing times and then dispute your credit card/PayPal transactions. This company is way in over their head. Check out their facebook page. It's happening to people all over the world.

Ordered a necklace 3 weeks ago for my Mums Christmas present- wanted to get her something special. Now been told there will be a delay on the order with no idea when it will arrive. Has anyone else had confirmation of when their Christmas order will come?? Im concerned this is a scam or won’t arrive at all. Absolutely devastated I’ve now got nothing to give her ☹️
