Lost my parcel worth 20000 it did not deliver to me. Delivery boy just showed some fake sign. After writing higher authority and running around for last one month no response at all. Very very bad service and they are keeping parcels and not Delivering.

It's VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, DISTURBING, BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT AND NEGLIGENT from Indiapost for not replying and taking any action against the postman who opened my main gate of my house when no one was avaliable and leaving it wide open without closing after leaving and plus throwing a slip below the steps of my staircase.
It all happened on Monday dated 16/03/26 there was a parcel from sbi and we were out to Mumbai since morning from 05:00 am for my eye surgery and when we were back by 06:00 pm(13 hrs. later), and SHOCKED to see my main of my house wide open with a small slip lying down near the steps. The postman from ghansoli post office visited my house time not known because no one was at home. But the visiting postman without anybody's permission he opened my main gate widely and threw the slip down steps.
Firstly I want to know who gave him the right oe permission or did he had the CALIBRE to open my main gate widely without closing back while leaving. This complain was raised to the indiapost customercare but all in vain, they are so CARELESS, BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT, DISGUSTING and SHAMELESS that there was no reply but even after raising the complaint they on their own have canceled my complaint without notifying me and from Thursday onwards they are giving only FOOLING, FALSE, FAKE AND FRAUD hopes that the parcel will be delivered in three working days but all in vain, already more than three days have passed but no sign of anybody.
This indiapost is not to be recommended for any parcel delivery because there is no resolution and reply from the DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS indiapost and their FOOLING, FALSE, FAKE AND FRAUD customercare because firstly there is no proper co-ordination in them plus no proper address of ghansoli post office plus phone number is not working and it is invalid. The idiot postman should have written the ghansoli post office number or proper address on the slip so that I could have contacted the post office but nothing of that sort.
Neverever TRUST OR BELIEVE indiapost for any parcel or courier services, even if we use it is our own risk to bear the loss for any if happens ahead.
As a client, my experience with Sunyta Global Ventures was not satisfactory. Communication was unclear and often delayed, which made it difficult to track progress. Promises made at the start were not fully delivered, and timelines were repeatedly missed. When issues were raised, support felt slow and unhelpful. Overall, the project required much more follow-up than expected, leading to frustration and disappointment.
This review is for the "Gangajal" serivice that is offered by India Post. I ordered for the 4 bottles (250 ml) pack for the price of Rs.321 but the label on the bottle prices each bottle for Rs.30 only which means Rs.200 is for the courier services to Chennai from the North from where the "Gangajal" is being shipped. It took 12 days from the day of purchase for the product to reach me. The label was peeling off from all the bottles when I noticed that this label has been stuck to an already existing label. That is where my suspicion came true. The older label says that the bottle was packed in June 2022 which means the package is more than three years old. The plastic bottles had dents but luckily it wasn't cracked or broken. I believe and trust that the water is from the Holy Ganga but the age of the bottles may "turn off" buyers. Also India Post did not deliver it to my flat. I was called and told that it would be left with the security and that is how I collected it. I would recommend that you go with another online seller for both the freshness of the product and the time it takes to deliver it.
Update (12'th Nov, 2025) - I was able to get Darshana Gangajal (Shubhkart Gangajal pouch) from Swiggy's Instamart for Rs.35 for a 250 ml pouch. It is approved by the Govt. of Uttarakhand. Delivery was instant.
site is as slow as a snail, and most of the times, it won't it open up, it just says, service is unavailable.. awful experience
