Dear Chandan,

We were seven couple travelled to North east India tour covering Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal pradesh,Nagaland,Manipur, and Tripura for 17 nights and 18 days between 7rh March to 24th March 2019. All of us excepting one traveller were senior citizens. Out of seven couple I have received feed back from six couple who has given a rating of 9.9/10 for the entire arrangement done by you.

We had a issue of space for luggage in the bus you had arranged on day one. Since we were travelling for 18 days our luggauge were comparitively high with warm cloths for Sela pass and Tawang. But upon our request you immediately made arrangements to change the bus which accomidated all our luggage for which we thank you again.

Driver Shri.Hemanth was an excellent driver, apart from being very helpful to all of us, when ever we needed his help. He was good humoured and very lively through out our tour up to Imphala from where we took a flight to Agarthala after 15 days on road journey of north east. Our sincere thanks to Shri.Hemanth may kindly be conveyed.

Inland permits you provided was as per Govt rules and did not face any problem at both Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland borders.

Hotels you accomidated us was very comfortable, Cozy and clean. Even hotels we stayed cooperated in providing special meals with out Garlic and tastsy too. Rooms were very good and provided opportunity for us to play few simple games on our own. Overall, hotel managements were customer friendly and provided good food at reasonable cost except at Tripura.

Driver.Hemant apart from providing safe journey also provided sufficient time for us to see the places. We are thankful to you for making excellent arrangements and we are happy that every day, at least twice you got in touch with us to enquire about the arrangements and welfare.

Since feedbacks has to be fair and must clearly reflect our real experience, I must say that at Tripura ie Agarthala lead driver was not cooperative and was behaving veey smart. On the first day after our arrival date at Agarthala ie 23-03-2019, he left us at 2.00 P.M to the hotel and said that Saturday they work half day. We were confined to hotel without any sight seeing. Here hotel too was not cooperative like other hotels and very expensive too for the standard of food they provided. We were told by driver that we do not have any alternative at Agarthala. We were unable to explore Agarthala, the way we did at other places.

Apart from bad experience at Agarthala, our overall experience with the arrangements made by you is excellent and we are totally satisfied.

We sincerely thank you and Indian holidays for providing us good experience of North east and we are happy that, it is value for money experience.

we were 8 persons visiting India. Thank you Indian Holiday for your grate tour you made for us. We oved the hotels chosen, the guides, driver, everithing was excelent.

We booked a holiday through this company and highly recommend their services. Their communications were outstanding and kept us up to date regularly throughout the booking period and answered questions I had promptly. I must say Hashim Ali was a superb person in communicating with me..

We were picked up in Chennai airport and transferred to our first hotel. The hotel was wonderful the second superb the third one was poor and the remaining hotels were good too. Clean and serviced well.

Our driver was brilliant Mr Subuhani Jasoor always prompt, pleasant and very kind. He pointed out many places of interest on our tour. He was incredibly patient and an excellent driver we felt completely safe with him. The car was very comfortable and a great size for our trip.

My criticism was of two guides we had. One told us that he was taking us into a museum in Pondicherry. It was a shop and not a museum at all. I was quite cross with him about this and told him never to lie to other visitors. The other guide was far too rushed in Thanjavur she constantly on her phone and quite rude in our opinion. However the guide we had in Chennai and again in Mahabalipuram was superb. He was so knowledgeable and extremely passionate about showing us all the interesting temples.
The guide we had in Trichy and Madurai were both very good.

Would I use Indian Holiday PVT. LTD again?

Yes - Absolutely.

One more time we got a very great experience with Indian holiday. Last month we went for Tamilnadu trip and we enjoyed a lot. I am writing this email to say thanks for all your support and hospitality we got during our trip. There was some chances to improve but overall our experience was great. Hotel selection was super, transportation was awesome. This was my second trip with you and I am happy to say that we did a good selection to choose you as our trip advisor.

Chattisgarh trip 02 Jan 2019 - 07 Jan 2019

The Chhattisgarh trip went well and as expected. There were no surprises. It was a well organised, enjoyable, safe and comfortable trip.

The car was nice and clean. The driver (Sonu) was courteous and knowledge about the area.

Lodging and boarding at Jagdalpur, Chitrakote and Raipur was good. Recommend IHL to anyone

Hi,
I booked a package for Thailand with Indian Holidays Pvt Ltd and their partner Thai arrivals from Oman for my family and traveled in 2nd week December 2018.
The service and package was just pathetic.:
1.Despite of requesting 4 start hotels we put up in dingy hotels.
2.The local communication numbers rarely respond to your whatsapp messages.
3.Despite of paying more for private transfers we were herded in congested coaches ( I had my 5 year old daughter ) from one place to other.
4.On contacting the local ( Thai arrivals agency ) and the Delhi guy ( Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd ) - the response was quiet bland and least interested in the state of affairs.
My recommendation :
Avoid these so called online agencies like Indian Holidays Pvt Ltd or Thai arrivals with fancy names as they are just agents of different vendors.
For that matter I would strongly recommend to do your own online checks where there are good hotels and local packages which will respectfully suit your taste and your budget more so since you might be going to an unfamiliar place with your families.
Rather then giving exorbitant amount with filthy service to these travel agencies.

Overall we had a wonderful experience with our trip to MP. The tour was very well planned and organised. All our bookings were confirmed well in advance.

I have done 2 trip with India Holidays (Leh and Uttarakand). And both the trip was well organised by travel partner Bharti.The hotels booked were good and clean.Drivers were well experienced and helpfull. For any query during the trip Bharti was helpful,as she followed up and gave reply soon.This is impressive.I would definitely recommend IHPL to all. They are good.

One Negative part that i faced was at Nainital hotel Xomotel.The hotel bathroom was stinking and the ppl could not resolve the issue, and the hotel dint have Lake view rooms as they said.I would recommed IHPL to say this to that hotel.

Great experience. Reply to all our queries by Mr Gangesh has been very prompt. All the services were as promised and up to our expected standards. We were provided an experienced driver who was very professional and helpful.
I would highly recommend IHPL to all my friends.

We have just returned home after completing our seventh tour with Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd. There is no hesitation in recommending this company. The drivers are excellent, accommodation perfect and everything goes like clockwork. Are in the process of booking another tour with them.

I am giving 5 stars to Indian Holiday package for a reason. They deserve it for their well-organizing skills and their ability to customize the trips to any of our requirement. They had put so much of thought and effort in planning our trip to Shillong including the driver. I am extremely happy with their hotel arrangement, as we were three women travelling alone to a state with language barrier. But cant express how comfortable we were through out the trip. Their courteous behaviour of frequent checking up on us whether we were having a comfortable trip made my mother completely satisfied and safe. Would highly recommend Indian Holiday Package to any family, if safety, comfortable and adventure is what you are looking for !!

this was my first online booking with holiday India Pvt Ltd, i was little bit scared because i was going with my parents and if something is not good then i would have felt bad for my organisation.
But experience with Holiday India was too good.
my visit was organised very good , all the things which were included in package were really good
i had no idea of where to visit and which hotel to book but with the help of you(Jyoti) all the things were well organised.
Resort Poovar Island was a different and new experience for all of us.
i will recommend all my friends to book Poovar resort with Holiday India Pvt Ltd because you booked with the facilities provided in resort.

I had planned special trip across Sikkim and Darjeeling in January as part of my 40th birthday. IHPL took care of every possible detail. From the time I landed in Bagdogra, an itinerary copy was handed over to me specifying every minute detail of my trip. Some of the included sightseeing felt too touristy, so I asked IHPL organizers to customize the itinerary slightly, which they did so quite affably. The concerned Chandan, was indeed one of the most cooperative individuals I have ever come across. The tour driver, Bijay, who accompanied me through the trip was very friendly and caring. The entire journey through Darjeeling, Gangtok and then Nathu La Pass, was very memorable. I was comfortable in every hotel provided and there was no moment where I felt that I didnt gain enough value from the trip.

I have promised myself that I will tour a part of India every year and will surely use IHPL's services.

Good evening.
Coming back to the wonderful trip that you had organized for me and my wife, to Assam, Meghalaya and Bhutan, I have no words to express our appreciation , it was such a memorable and enjoyable trip, with regard to transport, accommodation and sight seeing places.

Your selection of hotels for our stay in all the places were really comfortable and nice except probably some glitch in Kaziranga. Even though the facilities were a little wanting, the service and the food { for vegetarian} was not upto our requirements and expectation.

Mr. Bittu, our driver and his vehicle were so good and he quickly understood our capability and requirements and helped us accordingly. He was so punctual and courteous and was familiar with almost all the places that we needed to visit and was a very safe driver too. and our special appreciation to him.

In Bhutan, both at Paro and at Thimphu, the hotel accommodation were really classy, the service and the Indian type of vegetarian food were easily available.It was surprising to note that our driver Mr. Sonam Dorji had his education in Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore) and could actually speak some broken Tamil! It was quite refreshing to our ears!! He was a soft spoken driver and guide who could take us around in his new Hyundai Creta, he was also a safe and courteous driver.

Coming back to our main organizer, Mr.Chandan Roy, our full marks to you on your excellent organizing capabilities, in understanding the customer's needs and also for offering us the best price.

Great trip experience! We really enjoyed our trip assigned driver Mr. Chandru for his professionalism and help provided when needed! Hotel booking for an additional guest could have been served better at Mysore city by providing an additional bed in a larger room!

Hi, we are a family of five (father, mother, sons 24 and 22 and daughter 19) from The Netherlands and we booked a six day tour of the Golden Triangle and Varanasi through Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd. It has been EXCELLENT! Super nice and experienced driver (Prakesh), spacious bus (we asked for a larger one as we are five adults with luggage, and we got a super nice bus) and excellent guides in every city we went to.
While preparing for our trip the communication through emails went very well. Answers to our questions were prompt and clear. Also, during our trip, communication (when necessary) was very clear.
During the actual trip everything was very well organised, all right on time and if we wanted a change in the program there was no problem at all. Our train from Agra to Varanasi had a 7 hour delay, but representatives of Indian Holiday kept us informed all the time and even took us to all the way the right train-compartment a three in the morning. AAA+ service.
We would highly recommend this travel agency for all your trips in India. Some other people mentioned it as well.....we did not really like going to the shops at the end of the day....but by saying 'we' I mean the men: the women in our company DID like that part too ;)

Review-Thailand Tour with Indian Holiday Pvt Limited (IHPL)

We planned to visit Thailand in November 17 which was our first tour abroad. After contacting so many tour organisers , we finalized the deal with IHPL and we were proved to be a lucky couple. Though I was having lot of apprehension in my mind about the package finalized and the final outcome, the ultimate result was so nice that it has become a memorable lifetime experience for us.

From the days of asking quotation, finalization and completion of the tour, we received a very cozy comfortable and rational communication from Abhishek Shrivastav, our tour consultant of IHPL. The tour was so nicely managed in India as well as by their counterpart in Thailand, Thai Arrivals , that we were overwhelmed. Not any point we found any lapse or compromise. We liked it very much and hope to have some other plans from IHPL also. Our sincere thanks to IHPL specially to Mr. Abhishek Shrivastav of IHPL and Mr. Alok Ratan of Thai Arrivals for making our trip so memorable.

1. He was available for us in what’s up what ever time it might be ,he responded
2. What ever request I gave him , he tried his full effort and arranged for us , even in the last minute
3. Indian Holidays made us secure like someone from Indian holidays will respond us if need anytime
4 . What ever they have promised in the package those all provided with no extra effort from us ,that made us happy on choosing Indian holidays
5. This is my first trip with Indian holidays , I would really like to have more and also recommend others for sure

My thought of Indian holidays as they may be good on Indian tours but they are really good on out of India international tours , but this is my first one ;)

I had booked a trip to Leh with the traveler, and the experience was really very bad !!
