If there as option to provide a star lower than this I would definitely have. I am listing out my reasons as below:
1. The evening before we were about to start from our hometown, the manager calls us and informs that the "Driver" told them that it will be traffic prone and that it would be impossible to reach sonprayag to start our kedar trek. I reason out with saying i sent you out our detailed itinerary and tickets long ago, she started arguing i saw it today. So, we book last minute revised tickets which cost us a bomb.

2. We reach haridwar and met the rudest driver possible. he is crass, uneducated, uncivilized, makes inappropriate comments on us (3 ladies), makes personal comment on everything we happen to discuss in car, is arrogant and wont take any direction (reach out to me for his chats if anyone is interested)

3. Despite taking early flight we were unable to reach Sonprayag on time and we struggle to reach hotel and somehow do our kedar visit all by our selves. On our way down, tired and sleep deprived, our driver starts his tricks and the travel manager calls and asks us to pay 3000 to driver to additional trip he took to guptkashi for us

4. For any change in trip due to traffic, weather condition, the tour company is rude and uncooperative and always answers we cant do anything. But charges a bomb if we ask any extra service. Despite repeated pleas to change the creepy driver, they did not even bother to respond to our queries. We had to replan, pay extra for everything

5. Zero coordination between team members, everyone tells us a different story when we ask for updates, while on our way to badrinath, our assigned car broke down and we were delayed by almost couple of hours yet the blame to reach Rishikesh late was put on us saying we need to pay the driver.

My last suggestion, if you are an Indian, get a local person and get details of tour and cars, much cheaper and flexible that way. This company is exclusively to loot foreigners as they dont know how things work around here. Horrible company, everyone is a fraud there. Dont go by their fancy mails and replies, just get some local sources and contacts and get a hassle free tour.

Gangesh was really helpful from start to finish. He clarified all of our doubts regarding the Chaardhaam yatra.
Indian Holiday also managed to get us confirmed helicopter tickets to Kedarnath.
Good and comfortable hotel booked for the 9N 10D trip. The itinerary was well planned and organised.

Thank You IHPL and team for a memorable Do Dhaam trip to Badrinath and Kedarnath. Amazing pre and post trip planning, update and support. The whole trip was worth every penny, well organised, best selection of helicopter, crew, ground staff. Very cordial team. It was great to witness the magestic snow capped mountains and the well organised VIP darshan was so thoughtful. It was a comfortable 1 day trip with a lifetime of memories. Thank you for all the safety protocols to keep us safe.

We booked a 2 week Kerala Ayurveda Experience with Indian Holidays and were highly satisfied with the trip! Hashim Ali organised everything for us perfectly. He was at all times easy to communicate with and listened very well to all our needs and requests. The places we visited were all so varied and interesting. I particularly enjoyed the mountains and tea plantations. The 4 star hotels were all extremely good and the Ayurveda treatment programme provided in the last week was excellent! The only thing we found uncomfortable and scary at times was driving through Kerala. Coming from Ireland we weren't used to the Indian road conditions and driving standards.

We have used IHPL services for our 2022 char dham Yatra. Hashmin is great sales consultant, provided all services in time with quality outcomes. All Drivers were friendly and very cooperative.

Plan your next india holiday with Hashim Ali. We had a customized itinerary made with Hashim. He went above and beyond to accommodate all our request. Hashim made sure that our family can travel with ease as we had 3kids on board. He patience with our last min request is commendable.

We were extremely happy with the service provided by travel consultant Hashim Ali. Mr Hasmin was so patient with all the changes we did many times and was always on phone regardless of time all the way till departure.

We did lot of travelling from udaipur to Jhasi and train to Delhi with family of 3 kids and on our travel we bought lots of stuffs which he took care of taken to Delhi for us instead of carrying around in car and trains .All guides were very professional and efficient.The driver was punctual and had lots of experience.

Also ask for Guide Shankar who went above and beyond in Agra with our TAJ MAHAAL experience spend 12hrs plus and so much knowledge he shared.

Recently we used Indian Holiday Private Ltd to organize our trip to Kerala. I did quite a bit of research before I went with this company and I am glad I selected them. From the 1st day I contacted them via email (and later via what’s app Hashim Ali has been very responsive. He was great to work with. He worked with me in organizing the tour for our interests and preferences. I had to delay my trip due to a family emergency but Hashim was king enough to reschedule everything perfectly. Everyone I dealt with this company is very professional and I could get to all my communication with them on their website. This was very useful when dealing with a company remotely. I highly recommend Indian Holiday Private Ltd, especially Hashim who was great to work with.

I had planned for a Ayuverda treatment with my mum and consulted about 3 tour agencies and found Indian Holiday Pvt.Ltd's price very reasonable and my consultant was Mr Hashim, he was very patient and answered my questions very patiently.

For everyone who wants to plan a holiday with a tour agency, do remember to consult Indian Holiday and do look out for Mr Hashim.

So, first they give you a estimation of price for the tour and if agreeable you pay a deposit and full amount about 10 days before the trip.

Everything was good and well planned. Thank you Mr Hashim for planning the itinerary and making it a good one.

1. Sagara Beach resort - Quite run down
2. Somatheeram Ayuverda - Great place
3. Boat House - Not something for 2 pax
4. Casino Hotel - Nice big rooms

First of all, there was good attention to what I wanted out of the trip. Hashim Ali was a good listener, and asked all the right questions. It took some ongoing dialog to get the final itinerary nailed down. We started with less expensive hotels and amenities, and at my request he upgraded the car and hotels, and in the end I thought the price was reasonable.

The guide and the driver that he selected were both outstanding. They each listened to my needs and met them fully.

I am sure their price was more reasonable than a U.S. or European tour company.

I recommend both Indian Holiday and Hashim Ali to anyone interested in a tailor-made trip to India.

I highly recommend this company. My trip was very well organised by Hashim. Nothing was too much trouble for Hashim as I had asked for specific hotels and a bespoke itinerary, he was very responsive and always available for questions. . Our driver was excellent. All our guides were very good too. Hotels were great. Everything went according to plan. This is the second time I have used Indian Holiday. They are very good.

It was an amazing trip with simplified process. All the documentation process happened online and everything was done quickly.

Singapore Tour-

We booked through Geetanjali of Indian Holidays with whom we had a very first experience.Geetanjali was so helpful & guiding till end of our tour. the itinerary was superbly structured with SICs and Hotel.Will continue in future also to book through Indian Holidays.

Going by my first very good experience of the Char Dham trip organized through IHPL, I went ahead and booked my Jyotir Ling visits at Maharashtra & Gujarat. This time IHPL made it better. IHPL's understanding of its customer's needs is amazing. The kind of accommodation that they have arranged (of course in consultation with Customers) and the travel arrangements that they make are superior. I have all along been dealing with Mr. Gangesh at IHPL and his responsiveness is awesome. In fact it is difficult for me not to talk to him before I plan any trip in the future. An awesome trip with Indian Holiday ( IHPL ) RE Buddhist Pilgrimage tour in February, the itinerary is well designed by Kanika Dalmia, the guides and drivers are just so friendly and warm. Special thanks to Kanika Dalmia, Kumar Prahlad, Devender Kaintura and Manpreet. IHPL provided great Itinerary planning, city sightseeing tours, guides (English & foreign languages), chauffer driven car, hotel bookings, air and train ticketing bookings. During the two weeks trip, I visited Delhi,Sravasti,Varanasi,Bodhgaya,Raigir,Nalanda,Patna,Vaishali,Kushinagar,Lumbini,Kathmandu,Agra and Jaipur. I had a memorable & happy stay in India and Nepal.

Just returned from the Buddhist pilgrimage 8d/7n package arranged by Indian Holidays Pvt Ltd. As this is our first time visiting India, coordinator Hashim Ali attended to all our enquiry and addressed our concerns promptly prior to our trip. The tour guide Sharad and driver shache were simply amazing, polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went well in our itinerary, accommodation, meals, visa to Nepal, sightseeing and the weather was perfect throughout the trip. We enjoyed the trip very much and all we have are good memories of the services. We wish to thank the team for going the extra mile to making us feel comfortable during our stay in India. An excellent experience. Great and well balanced selection of places to visit making good use of my time without leaving me too overwhelmed.

Driver was excellent managing the challenges of the Indian roads calmly and keeping me feeling safe.

There is always a challenge for a solo female traveller in a very different culture and and Indian Holidays managed this admirably. I will use them again when I return to India.

We very much enjoyed seeing our spiritual roots , temples, ashrams, and majestic Himalayas, and thanks to Hashim who worked with us closely in planning the trip. Big thanks also to our wonderful & knowledgeable guide Satish Sarma and pleasant & safe Driver Laxmi Prasad .

We Very much liked the experience of holiness of Ganges & Haridwar, spirituality of Rishikesh and stunning views of Himalayas. Everything went very well and again Satish , our guide with deep knowledge of our ancient roots and excellent English speaking skills made a big difference.
