Seriously, with all the assistance of diversity-based general services, this website was easy to use but its graphics were not any better. They have productive favours, so with 9/10, I'm satisfied.

Following another person's advice, I've just called Herron and Fischer:
You can also make a claim against the company that bought out Impragas and who took on the 10 year warranty - Telephone the liquidators, Chris Herron of Herron Fisher on 0208 688 2100
They will email out forms to.anyone who wants them to out in a claim. Though it's quite possible that the company will have no money so nothing to claim. Unfortunately our financial system is deeply corrupt, no checks and balances so anyone can open a company, build up huge debts and then just dissolve the company with absolutely no comeback....unless you're willing to take them to the high court which involves lawyers, no guarantee of success and huge lawyer and court fees.
So I'm just about due my first Impragas free service which is just as well because tonight, some.of.the solder on the copper pipes above the boiler isn't holding up and it's leaking. When low and behold, through reading these posts, I've just discovered that Impragas are con artists who have dissolved their company and so won't be honouring their 10 year free service guarantee. I've been paying 'Hitachi Capital Co 0301 for my boiler, fitted in January at £157/month, with the last DD taken on 30th November. I'll cancel that now.
Apparently the Good Boiler Company has the same director. Does anyone else know anything? I feel like such an idiot. Deep down, I knew they were out to con but my local guy had gone awol and I was desparate and not thinking straight.

got a Vaillant installed in March 2019 including 10 years servicing but could not contact them for the boiler service. Where sould i claim my money back. I am very disappointed of Impragas company.

Worst experience ever! We’re currently still paying for the fitting of our boiler through finance with Hitachi to now find that the company doesn’t even exist. We had our boiler fitted in September 2018 and had 1 year servicing from our 10 year plan, believe me getting the 1 year service was hard enough. The workman ship was poor and shoddy, customer service terrible and to not even have the decency to contact their customers to advise them of this!! If anyone knows of someone we can contact or any action we can take to look into this it would be much appreciated!

Looks like that 1000+ down the drain. We should start a alliance and get this claimed back with compensation since they’ve all taken us for a ride.. does anyone know if there is a page for this?

We had a very unsatisfactory response to sought out an installation problem, similarly every year to arrange an annual boiler maintenance was a complete faff,now this year we have discovered they have ceased trading, but haven't had the decent to let us know! When we had the boiler installed in November 18, we also bought a 10 year service plan, we have tried to contact the Company that took them over, but without success. So where does this leave us now to recover our outstanding 10 year warranty/service contract?

Don't have anything to do with this company. They installed a new boiler at my house, their work caused a flood from my ensuite shower through my living room ceiling, which they promised to repair. My shower as also destroyed but they have since, changed the name of the company and entered Administration. No doubt they will appear at a later date.
I previously posted a review earlier this year and was contacted by customer services who asked me to take the negative review down and they assured me it would be dealt with. I fell for it but they're just scammers. You get taken by these people when you're honest and trusting.

I had my boiler installed June 2019 costing £5000 including 10 years service plan. I also had another boiler installed into rented property of my father-in-law costing about £2600 with 10 years service plan. Ive tried to contact them via email and phone to book my boiler service but have not got any clear response except automated email saying we are closed because of pandemic. I've been looking at trust pilot reviews of many people in same situation today and shocked to discover that this Impragas didn't keep their promises to any of their valued customers and never deliver any aftercare service even for 1 single customer. Therefore I've decided to take their company to Watchdog to compensate the customers for the service they never provided. If they are not going to get in touch with me I'll take all the necessary steps to stop them cheating on many more people like us.

Everything good until service time as previously described by everyone below 10 year services which we paid for now useless have to go back to home serve which we cancelled.
If anyone knows how we can get our money back please let us know

So I purchased a Valiant boiler from Impragas at £3500 back in 2017, which according to them includes 10 year warranty and 10 year free service. Today I've tried to call and email them in order to book the annual service which just like everyone else on here was to no avail.

Who can I contact to find out if the warranty is valid?

I take it that impra gas have not renamed the company, they have just shut down?

18 months ago I had a Valiant boiler fitted by Impagas I was unhappy with the job from the start they left my bathroom with with exposed brickwork. I emailed the company complaining about getting it boxed in but no response. I have sent several emails but still no response. Recently I had someone round about getting it blocked in according to them it’s borderline that it’s fitted incorrectly, I have tried again recently to find out about the boiler service but after reading the reviews I obviously have no hope of getting it sorted. I made the mistake of thinking anyone winning the apprentice would do a decent job the only thing he has done a good job at is taking people’s money and running.

I used ImpressGas for a new boiler last year it was installed on the 15th April 2019. I expected a call this April 2020 for the first of my free 10 yearly services. I heard nothing. I had a serious motorbike accident 8 months ago and have only just tried to find ImpraGas and get my service. Same as the other reviews on here, nothing. Then discovered about REL capital, when I have tried to contact Rel capital phone it's dead, I did email but not heard any response. Any idea where we go from here? Has any one consulted a solicitor?

After initailly giving good service during the fitting of my boiler etc, i have come to learn about the company not exsisting anymore and with my 10 Year Warranty and 10 Year servcing, i Would like to know does this get transfered to someone else or what is happening??

I suffered at the hands of this Company. My Credit Card company took back all the money I paid. Job done

Impra gas have taken thousands of peoples hard earned monies and they are changing company name more than they change underwear.
Its time we all got together and started a case action against Adams in the Channel Islands.
Barrow boy and asset stripper who deserves the worst of everything to happen to him and all who work with him. Do not use companies like this especially if they have any connection with the Apprentice programes.

I am shocked as company's all contacts are not active and looks like its gone. I have 10 years Free service contract with them and paid huge money to get peace of mind. But I am not not sure what to do as there is no advice or suggestion. I don't know whom to approach. Should I contact police or claim in court. no idea. During installation and paper work, they appeared to be nation-wide company and hence I preferred them over my local installers. I deeply regret and will try contacting them by post via my solicitor to get all my services or money back.

Has a boiler fitted by Impra Gas in 2017, with free servicing. Came to use this years service and found Impra Gas has stopped trading with no contact details or announcements and so I fear I will have to pay again for future servicing. As well as ceasing trading, there are some related dodgy looking name changes.
Impra Gas changed its name to VBH Assets Ltd in January 2020 and then undertook voluntary liquidation in March 2020 owing trade creditors nearly £200,000.
Its holding Company REL Capital Ltd changed its name to Denver 24 Ltd and is currently proposed to be struck off from Companies House due to non-submission of paperwork.
Websites show a name changed to Impra Group Ltd, but this has now been merged with another company to Roadways Express Ltd. and not shown as having anything to do with the gas boiler trade.
All this information is available on Companies House website.
I would not touch any of these companies with a bargepole.
