I always use this car wash its great…
I always use this car wash its great using the app to buy one and it gets scanned and youre right in! The guys always pre spray and jet wash the car. They remove bird poo with ease!

Usually a great car wash
Usually a great car wash, but this time, the attendant was almost non-communicative, and it was hard to follow his instructions.
Then the machine broke as we entered it, and he reluctantly and partially jetwashed the car instead, and half-waved us on as if we were just an annoyance.
I feel for the guy as he was clearly having a bad day, but it was not a good experience.

Quick and easy. Was a first time user this weekend. Attendant was very helpful. The brushes did a good job but I’ve spotted there are a couple of areas that are still dirty around the wing mirrors and on the windscreen is quite smudged but overall pleased with the wash and the price.

The new operative was reluctant to fold…
The new operative was reluctant to fold in my mirrors. I previously incurred £250 worth of damage to one of my mirrors on my previous Volkswagen Golf 1.6TDCI Estate, when the mirrors were not folded in.
He did not pre wash the exterior of the car as thoroughly as the regular operative.

Car wash was great, however the operator was extremely rude.
He shouted at me to put my car in neutral - I was in the process of and needed to press the break to change gear. He then proceeded to bad mouth me to the car behind

I used the CeramicXTR £21.00 - My car is clean, except for the windscreens, machine does not dry them and they end still a bit dirty/murky. I would think for £21.00 a better job on the windows?
