IMO Car Wash - Luton Anmeldelser 44

I've been to many different imo washes and I found this one to be my favourite the staff a very good ,and I understand prices go up but,the quality of the washes you get has gone down a lot an ultra HD wash used to be very good you'd get the 3 foams and the wax at the used last for weeks now it almost doesn't exist yes the car was clean but it's not the same ,I don't know why but please can you improve it at£15 a pop I used to get better for less everything else is ok

The franchise is a very rude unbusiness worthy man. They have less brushes than Houghton Regis site. Their excuse is main company IMO is not repairing the malfunction brushes. It's more like the franchise is cost cutting by saving from worm out new brush purchases. All 3 Triple foam is one colour. The workers will tell you to not come back if you make any complaint or comment about why brushes are missing.

Staff are very friendly and quick to serve but unfortunately the last couple of times I have been various parts of the mechanical wash system haven't been operating so the final finish has been less than expected.

Not happy at all, paid for ultra he, my car came out still dirty. The liquid was dribbling out of the sides and didn’t even touch my car. Overall not happy with my experience

I went to the Luton branch and paid for a Triple Foam wash. I did not see getting the Triple Foam when going in. The attendant at the wash said insisted that it was provided. I then pointed out my car was still dirty, he said that normally customer park up and dry their car with a cloth which then gets it cleaned. My car had dirty water all over it, it wasn't cleaned properly, it's not just clean water after a wash. I don't see why I would have to clean my car further by wiping it with a cloth, when I paid for it be cleaned by the carwash!

26/04/2026. I paid for the Triple Foam service, but there was no soap in the machine, and no one informed us about this. I expected a nice car wash experience but this fell short. Very disappointed.

Great helpful staff and great car wash as my came out shining

A very quick wash, and an inadequate dry. I will be going back to hand car washes which are much more thorough and not any more expensive.

What can I say every time I come here my car comes out looking like it just left the factory, the attention to detail is exceptional. Friendly and welcoming staff always remembering me and making me feel welcome. Their valeting services are top tier and need to be recognised for their work can’t recommend these guys enough.

Fast service, friendly staff who explained exactly what I should do as this was first time I was using this car wash system.

I have been coming to this car wash for a long time. Every time I come they always deliver an exceptional service. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My car is always spotless. Hands down the best car wash!

Always very professional- shame how some drivers enter via the exit and I nearly witnessed an accident on my last visit as a car was leaving the wash and car that was behind me shot in to get in front of me- not bothered about that, but it could have been me leaving the wash- some of the staff didn’t understand when i explained and just shrugged their shoulders( language barrier)

I’m so happy use they service because they always do the best job 😊
