I purchased a single Ultra HD wash costing £15 from your app before I drove onto your premises in Leicester on Saturday 30 May. I was very angry once I drove onto your premises in Leicester to see the Ultra HD was advertised at £14. The prices should be the same on your apps as your car wash premises. This is very bad untrustworthy advertising.

Pre buyed a wash through the app it wasn't showing until 4 hours after as I was in the queue already I had to pay the full price when I went to scan my rewards card it said expired what a joke.

Quick and easy, and didn’t have to mess around trying to sort out payment with the pay in advance. The staff was nice from what I could tell. However as we were leaving we did watch another member of staff trying to parallel park someone’s car and messed it up horribly

Not worth it
I recently tried the Ultra HD wash and was expecting a much better result for the price. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t match my expectations. For the same cost, I’ve had noticeably better outcomes at other car washes.
The windscreen wasn’t cleaned properly, and some stains were still visible after the wash, I actually had to clean them myself afterward. Overall, the attention to detail just wasn’t there. Disappointing experience, especially given the premium price.

It is misleading it says there supposed…
It is misleading it says there supposed to clean the wheels but they spray the wheels then say the not suppose dont clean the wheels leaving the wheels dirty and telling me the dirt is old the wheels say there supposed to be cleaned but they refuse to clean the wheels and then argue that it’s not there job

Paid £12 for a wash and needed to clean my own wheels after as they were filthy and also dirt also had to be cleaned off after as the pre wash wasn’t good enough.
