The guy was really short
The guy was really short, unhelpful and basically rude.
I pulled in and bought a car wash. He asked for my QR code - I had no idea how to get that so asked him to help - he said that wasn’t his job.
Very rude and to be honest the pre wash was a pretty pointless purchase - as this was rushed and the wheel arches were still dirty after paying £19 for a wash !!
Not impressed - my 2nd time using this car wash and put off using it again

Car washed yesterday.
Paid £19 to have my car cleaned yesterday and when I got out of the car wash I parked up near their hoover station and checked over my car and I will have bird mess over my car and it is a waste of £19

There was only one person operating the…
There was only one person operating the wash when I arrived so it was a bit slow. However, it was around lunch time so I suppose his colleagues were having their break. Apart from that it was fine

The clean wasn’t brilliant and I paid £17.50 via the app and yet the sign at the car wash said £15.00 if you use the app. So I have overpaid

Good rain will wash better than your Eco cycle :-(
Well, I knowingly ordered Eco cycle as I don't like the amount of chemicals they use (there was no need this time).
Unfortunately, my car came out with pretty much the exact amount of dead insects on my windscreen as it went in :-(
I didn't expect miracles but this was for me a total waste of money :-(
