For the price paid you'd expect a clean shiny car. Not even the hand prewash was done sufficiently. Don't get me wrong car was cleaner but not what you'd expect. When they wasn't busy the staff took their time prewashing the cars but as soon as a queue formed the staff rushed it through not being thorough with the pre washing.

Went last Sunday and despite being really busy, the attendant was great and spent time soaping every car properly. Best car wash I've had in ages! The car was clean before going into the car wash! And was really thoroughly clean afterwards. I don't usually make reviews like this but the worker was so thorough with his cleaning I had to post something positive for him!

Good job normally
They normally do a great job, that's why I always go there. This time they didn't go underneath the lip is the rear car windscreen. Once the car came out the dirty water was running down my window. I had to get more water and clean the dirty window again.

I had a terrible experience at this carwash. One of the staff members instead of helping shouted and threatened me - extremely violent behaviour. Avoid it if you do not want to get harrassed or threatened while recieving below standard service.
