Aldershot Imo is the best car wash around. The staff are fantastic and set high standards. I always get a subscription which works out cheaper. Worth an occasional Ceramic clean too!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience this time have been using my local imo for years I always use my own brake dust cleaner before going through the car wash as their own chemicals dont shift the dirt but on this occasion one the staff came over and stopped me said I was not allowed to do what I was doing so that is last time I will be using them I will now use Morrisons just up the road
I did complain to imo but not very good customer care could not even be bothered to reply to me they just don't care take your money and run advise imo to get some decent chemicals that work wouldn't have to use my own expensive cleaner

Short queue
A very short queue when I arrived. I'd pre-booked so it was a quick entry. Car was washed well for a car wash, plenty good enough for the money. I had the Triple Foam.

the customer service was great the attendants where ready ad fast in finding out what i wanted and putting it in to action unfortunately after the wash had concluded i checked my can to find one side of the car was still covered in dirt along with rear window only being half washed after this it is very unlikely i would use this service again

Paid £15 for bird poo to still be on my car!
Paid £15. Went into car wash with bird poo on car and come out of car wash with still bird poo on car. The man even jet washed it and still missed it. Wasn’t of money and won’t be going back.

Not all the brushes were spinning, in particular the one that should have cleaned the drivers mirror. Several dirty spots too - which you'd hope the pre-prep team would know to target. Like the proverbial "Curate's Egg" it was good in places.
