Simply amazing from Daryl to Hemal nothing is too much trouble and pure VIP service from start to finish. Communication, advice and the personal touch is very rare to see these days however this organisation is all over it.

We’re first time buyers who had absolutely no idea where to start. From the beginning Dan set up a meeting with us, he got our agreement in principle in place so we could start looking at houses. It’s been over 25 years since a bought a house and the thought of finding a mortgage that I could afford was a massive stress. Then came Ann who was superb , found me a great deal and sorted out all the paperwork and life assurance. Even more Ann is a genuine and lovely individual who really cares about you as a person . I had thought that buying a house would be a long and confusing process however when I decided to purchase my first home, Hemal was recommended by a friend and the process could not have been smoother! Hemal took the time to explain in detail every step of the process and make sure I understood what was going on. He made sure to have a thorough look into my finances to ensure i wouldn't apply to anything that would affect my credit score, and discussed with me the best options for a mortgage lender. We even discussed insurance options, where Hemal took the time to explain each type of insurance, which were vital and which would be useful to have.
All in all I absolutely had a 5 star experience and would definitely use again, and recommend to a friend as Hemal made the process so easy, always being on hand to answer any questions I had (and probably working way too hard if we're being honest!)
