Excellent, prompt, professional service
We dealt with Elijah and he was excellent! Professional, extremely prompt with all communication (phone calls, SMS and emails) and there was a genuine warmth, friendliness and humour to his service - such a rare combination!!
Our insurance request was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Joshua with AJG was fantastic. I called with minimal time before we headed overseas needing to arrange a business travel insurance policy. Overall this policy was not huge dollar amount but Joshua went above and beyond to make sure it was quoted and sorted before we left. He communicated fantastically throughout the process and I wad always in the loop as it progressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Joshua and the AJG team.

IMAR has always helped us find the best…
IMAR has always helped us find the best insurance for our family business. We were with IMAR from 2011, and in 2019 my husband had a work injury that left him unable to work for two years. IMAR handled the claim, and everything went smoothly throughout the entire period.
Two years ago, my husband lost his credit card on the day we went on holiday, so we had to block it. We didn’t realise the insurance payments had stopped because of this, and the policy was eventually cancelled. At that point, I decided to try another broker. After two years with the other company, our premium increased from more than 25%.
We decided to return to IMAR, and this time Bianca assisted us. She was professional, efficient, and incredibly patient in helping us secure the best insurance for our needs. We are very happy to be back with IMAR and highly recommend their services.

I have asked several times for quotes…
I have asked several times for quotes on vehicles and wanted to update policies with no response.
We have also never had our Carpentry Australia discount apply to any of our policies over the last few years despite asking several times about it and you continue advertising this on the website.

It is so lovely to deal with a company [Gallaghers]that took an interest in the insurance needs of a small rural community hall. Kenny Takekawa went above and beyond - working while on leave - to get the Kerrie Hall its insurance cover it needed.
