Brilliant communication
Chris was absolutely fantastic. We had to pause due to Mortgage Rates but Chris was still there when things changed for us and we cannot fault his reliability, communication and helpfulness. Very informative and no question too much to answer. Emily was just as great after offer accepted & issues with communication with solicitor. Fabulous service & and have recommended and will continue to. Thank you so much.

Great service from start to finish. Always on the ball with regular updates and trying to find the best deals. Always available to answer questions and clear on every detail. Treatment like own family from Sharfique and I would recommend his services highly. Very well priced compared to other brokers which was a plus !

First class
Chris Cornish is a first class mortgage broker. He is very easy to deal with and really works hard to get the job done. I recommend him without hesitation. The IMAB support team are excellent too; always making sure you are updated regularly and know what is happening.

Excellent, expert advice
I was recommended IMAB and Carol by a friend. My experience could not have been better, Carol talked me through the house buying process, which I found especially reassuring as a first time buyer.
