We've worked with Carol @ IMAB on two different house purchases now over the course of around 5 years, and she's been fantastic for both. She helped us (two people who are 'maths challenged') understand the basics; find a good deal and manage our finances/mortgage appropriately -- as well as being wonderful to chat to and extremely attentive / on-the-ball when a new rate might be available. Karen at IMAB is honestly one of the most helpful, consistent and hardworking people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She was always on the ball, answered all our questions and always kept us up to date throughout the whole moving and mortgage process. And the rest of the admin team were just top tier for providing answers and keeping us informed with news from mortgage lender.

Without IMAB being our mortgage broker I don't think we could of got through the whole process.
